Older condos but close to everything
Pros:

Older building and condos are a bit dated but very clean and quiet and very close to main entertainment district. Pool is also very nice and swim up bar is fun when open.

Pros:

The location of these condos is perfect! It is a short walk from the ADO bus station that you can catch at the Cancun airport to get there. We did not use a taxi once because everything you could want in Playa is a short walk from the condos. Eventhough they are very close to town the complex is very quiet and peacful at night. The complex is older but well maintained and the pool is very nice.

Since they are condos every unit is going to be different. We booked a one bedroom through Hotels.com and got unit 7020 that was on the first floor. The unit was very nice with an updated kitchen and 2 big flat screen TVs. The view from the patio of the pool and ocean was amazing. The only complaint would be that the mattresses were hard.

I would definitley stay here again.

Pros:

We loved the beach, there was some construction going on next door and it didn't bother us. It is a gated community so we felt safe. You can see Cozumel from here.
We would love to come back to this same condo for sure.

Pros:

I feel comfortable in the buildng, I will like you guys have someone in the reception to customer services, and will be nice if you have a place to order breakfast, but it is a nice family condo. We enjoy to be there.
