Family room is cramped, family bathroom is cramped and not suited for families

The cleaning was not impressive, they didn't make up beds on the first night, after that, it was OK.

Breakfast is absolutely terrible, with some days they serve yesterday's leftover pastries, so skip their breakfast rather.

We couldn't sleep, there is noise whole night either from the central aircon or geysers, but geysers don't make noise whole night..

We did mention to hotel and they did give us another room, so kudos to them for trying, but same issue happend in the other room, so we did not get any sleep for 4 nights.

While the staff were OK and bit helpful , you get the feeling they don't want to hear complaints, so I didn't bother raising the issue again as I thought it's pointless.

We stayed at other 3 star hotels in pammukale, sicetsi, cappadocia, iskenderpasa and out of all those hotels, this one was the worst for us as a family.

If you a single person or couple, then this hotel would be great value (if you don't mind the horrible breakfast), if you a family, then avoid

2 star for family, 3 star for single..

The door to the bathroom was broken, it couldn’t be closed at all.
Windows don’t isolate you from the street noise.

Outdated property in the shady neighborhood. Room is filthy, bed sheets are kind of dirty. No blankets, just sheets. Strong cigarette smell in the building. The view from the room to destroyed houses

1. Мы приехали в 13.00 … на сайте было много свободных номеров .. на рецепшене был мужчина пожилых лет ( любитель исключительно местного населения ) я к нему обратилась на Английском хотя понимаю и немного разговариваю с а турецком .. мне сказали ждите свободных номеров нет . Во время нашего нахождения в холле приезжали люди у которых было. Такое же бронирование но они были местные турки и их селили без ожидания по прибытию . Даже когда обратилась приятная девушка с вопросом их селить : ответ был на турецком пусть они ждут до 14.00 .. 2 . Нас поселили в номере где окно имело формальное значение : за ним была стена ( фото прилагаю ) к самому номеру особых вопросов нет . Стандартная комната и удобства для 3+* .. единственное на двухспальной кровати укрываться надо было одним покрывалом размером 1.,9 х0,8 3. Завтрак был нормальные но выбор скудный : вареные яйца , 2 вида колбасы , сыр сулугуни и брынза , кабачковые оладьи , трубочки печенные с сыром , 4 вида джема , хлопья молоко , помидоры , огурцы .. чай/кофе

Das Zimmer war offiziell ein Nichtraucherzimmer. Das können wir so leider nicht bestätigen, solange die Lüftung dieses Zimmers so arbeitet, dass sämtlicher Qualm aus einem Nachbarzimmer oder einer anderen Etage in dieses Zimmer geleitet wird. Leider stank es Tag und Nacht unendlich nach Zigaretten. Als Asthmatiker war das eine kleine Katadtrophe. Wir hatten uns eh gewundert, warum wir gefragt wurden, ob wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer möchten. Da das Hotel nicht als "Raucherhotel"deklariert ist.
Ansonsten: kleinere Mängel, Bettlaken hatten zum Teil Brandlöcher, auf der Deckenlüftung liegt eine 1cm hohe Schmutzschicht. Insgesamt Zimmer sehr hellhörig (das hatten wir aber überall in der Türkei so).
