Room is not so clean as picture

What the heck with this hotel! When i stay at this hotel for only ONE NIGHT, i experiencing 3 times electricity shut down in my room! What make it worst, all of it happens at night. I need to call receptionist 3 times for it! I try to ask to move to another room, but they said its full booked, weird thing is, in the middle of the night when i experienced my third shut down, they try to move us to another room! If there’s a room available, why they say full booked before? Shame on you. Just shame.

Little Amaroossa Residence is a unique 3 stars hotel. The hotel gives a stylish contemporary design room and good location in South Jakarta.
The staffs are helpful and give a good smile. The rooms are spacious, nice designed, has wifi, and clean. The room carpet is vacummed regularly, which is good, free from dust. The price is affordable for a business hotel or family.
Over all, Little Amaroossa Residence is a unique hotel and stylish. Good to stay for family or business.

I‘ve spent two nights at this hotel for a business trip. I wasn’t expecting something extraordinary but surprisingly it caught my attention on interior design. I would say much better than plain interior on mostly 3star business hotels chain. Breakfast is also tasty, lot of choices even the chef gave a surprise food tough hahaha, it was a fun moment. I don’t know about some review out there but definitely this hotel is worth your money per night on its class.

Room smells old and damp, wall paint smudges, sheets no longer white, bathroom smells. I got the room on the 5th floor, was staying with my son and bought a few big bags. Elevator was on maintenance and none of the staff offered to help bring the bags upstairs.
AC was not working properly, asked to move to another room but the staff immediately said sorry but no other room available without asking why I wanted to switch room or offered any assistance.
Breakfast was disappointing, coffee was just warm, even when I asked for a hot one they still me the lukewarm one.
Was staying there for the sake of a family reception at a nearby restaurant. Would not stay there again for sure. Too disappointing. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better condition and amenities.

This is the first time I came to little amaroosa. All staff is amateur. Checked in is so slow.. I did direct booking through the website with the remarks " King bed&smoking" but when I checked in I repeat my request to have ' 1 King bed ' and he said ' yes ' in fact, I got twin bed with adjoining bed without any information upon checked in ( this is terrible ) reception said that ' the bath towel has not ready yet so I have to wait until 19:00 to get the towel ' but I got the towel at 20:00 :'( .
Breakfast is 4/10 even compared with another budget hotel. They don't provide juices. And when I ask for omelete, the staff said " sorry it's sold out " and it's just at 8:30am. As I know, breakfast should provide the foods until it closed. This will be my 1st and last time to stay in this hotel.

I made reservations through at hotel Little Amaroossa Residence Jakarta.Booking. The residence was very disappointing. The rooms were dirty, spots on the sheets, dirty towels and broken toilets bowl, lots of crumbs on the carpet. It’ looked like that they just made up the bed with spotted sheet, instead of cleaned up the room. I asked the receptionist whether they have another rooms which are cleaning, and he offered another room with the same condition.
So finally we moved to another hotel as there was no other option in this hotel and there was no Manager on Duty either at that night, and the receptionist couldn’t do much. We couldn’t ask any refund or statement that we didn’t stay there.
I stay in many hotels around the world, not only 5 stars but also 2 starts. But I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is very potential great hotel. However the management should take very serious attention to this lovely baby..
Leader should be around to monitor and check the operational running well, as well as the quality of the room.
Eventhough this is just hotel with small number of room - however the satisfaction of the customer should always keep maintain.
I am sure this hotel will be much better in the future.

this hotel provides room and bathroom facilities which are very attractive and suitable for couples, romantic ambiance. But the hotel service is very standard and tends to disappoint. After almost 2 hours of occupying the room the air conditioner still not cool. Until there is a technician who checks remain unchanged. but I am a little less comfortable with the way the technician delivers information for my AC problem, is less friendly. The receptionist is responsive to my complain. When I asked to move rooms, it could be arranged but she said AC would be the same as the AC in my room. They insist it will be cooler after sometimes. But after all it seems midnight the AC is cooler. Means after almost 5 hours in the room and probably its mid-nite. LOL

The hotel located in Cipete, Jakarta. The standard room was not very spacious and it has full carpet on it. The light was sort of dark and the furniture colour was also dark coloured. The TV channel was very limited. The bathroom was very small and makes me uncomfortable. I wouldnt recommend this place for family stay. However, it might be suitable for solo-short traveler with cheaper price.

The hotel is really cozy,the room is clean. Even the surrounding is really comfortable. Easy to find cafes and restaurants. The staffs are also very helpful and professionals.it has romantic design for the interior which makes it more cozy to stay in.would love to go back here for sure!

I stayed for a night in a doublebed room.
i came early at 11.00, but the receptionist said i couldn't check in until 2pm, or i have to pay Rp. 250,000 to check in early, later she said that all rooms is fully booked and no guest has checked out yet. I argued that not even 5-star hotel will charge for early check in fee as long as there is empty room. The supervisor then came and promised me a room before 12.00.
I got room 501 which located in the corner.
The room has carpet tiling. large kingbed which is made of two single bed. bed is very comfy. Airconditioning works great. Wifi is okay. Provided amenities in bathroom is enough with showergel, shampoo and soap. Shower works great too. One of our towel is filthy, maybe it missed the laundry :(. The other minus is, the room is too dark for me, with yellowish lighting and purpleish decoration. I can't even tell how clean the carpet is. our window curtain is broken and can't be opened.
Check in and check out is fast and efficient.

The little Amaroosa Hotel doesn’t have a lot of rooms maybe that’s why they name it “little”. It is a boutique hotel, the furniture and interior design is rather classic and quite luxurious. It has a 24 hour gym. It has a romantic and couple atmosphere, with black and red combination of colors. The elevator crafted with purple and blue padding and some lighting. And inside the room there is a big rose picture behind the headboard, and large mirrors on the walls, with a dim lighting that gives romantic ambience. Overall it’s suitable for couple.

Stayed here for a night cause it is located near my training venue & surrounded by many eateries. The hotel itself is quite small but has a warm ambience. The staffs there are also very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good for the price. Truly recommended.

I went to the restaurant in this nice and small boutique hotel with a friend for a dinner. We didn't expect anything since we've never been here before, but I instantly loved the warm and dim ambience here. The food was nice but I wished there were more options in the buffet. Overall, it's a nice experience, and would consider revisit with some friends.

Strategic location in South Jakarta. Very excellent service with delicious food and elegant hotel style, we have dinner at AMO's kitchen, it feels really cozy and relaxed here, thank you to all staff 😊

We stayed here for three nights. The first day we check in, they gave us an almost abandoned room. It was located at the corner, near their storage that is always opened, no view and noisy air con.

After a hard complaint, finally they gave us a much better room facing the main street.

The room itself is quite clean and tidy, the lobby was just fine.

All the staff were nice and helpful.

So despite the first room incident, overall this hotel is not so bad after all...

But from my private opinion, this is not a kind of hotel that is suitable for family with kids.

It is a small hotel with a small parking lot in a good location in South Jakarta. Near Kemang and have an easy access to City Center.

To be honest, the classic-royal interior is rather intimidating. All lights seemed dim. I've got the 5th floor room that had weird, small window since the room was near the rooftop, the air conditioning was old and weary (not cold at all), the carpet was dirty, the mirror stained and the bathroom smelled foul. The room itself smelled like a smoking room because apparently you can smoke in all rooms except in the 2nd floor.

Not recommended for family trip but for those who need fast access and affordable stay, and for those who don't mind all the above minuses, this hotel is quite worth the price.

The friendly staff make it complete... there are many restaurant around the area so you dont have to worry to get the food

I had a pleasant stay here, where the room was comfortable, amazing breakfast, hi-speed wifi, strategic location (good restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, atms, salons, spas, etc in just walking distance), and most of all the staffs were very kind that make me felt like home. This is the right hotel to stay whenever you visit Jakarta.
