Very good, affordable, mid to long term business stay. Great staff.
Pros:

I wasn’t sure about this place when I first arrived but it grew on me and I’m going to end up spending 7 nights here. And I’d probably stay here again if I was in Riyadh for an extended work trip. The apartments may be a little tired but they have everything you need and they are extremely good value. The staff in the lobby have been extremely helpful and kind.

Cons:

Nothing that i don’t like. The apartments may have seen better days but actually once you get settled in they are comfortable and have everything you need.

Pleasant stay at quiet and clean area, close to metro.
Pros:

The property is basic, and is very close to metro station, and hence good connectivity within the city. The area is quite and clean. The suite was spacious, but for a single person. All amenities in room were in good condition.

Cons:

It is just a basic property, and do not expect any luxury because of 'Hyatt' prefixed. The receptionist (lady during the day) was not very much uncomfortable with English language (she was seen speaking only her native language), so be prepared to have some issues in communication (till one of the bellboys reaches for help).
