Pros:

הניקיון היה מעולה, חדר נעים וצוות אדיב. מיקום מקסים ליד הכותל. היה משמח לגלות מים קרים ובקבוק יין, קבלת פנים נעימה ומזמינה. מקום יפה ומטופח.

Cons:

אין מקומות חניה לבאי בית המלון.
בארוחת הבוקר לא היה סלט ירקות שווה שזה בסיסי.
המחיר גבוהה לעומת השירות- החניה עלתה לנו מאות שקלים וצריך להתחשב בעניין זה.
הכשרות של המלון היא לא מהדרין ולכן לא יכולנו לאכול מוצרים רבים. באופן כללי זה בית מלון שמגיעים אליו אנשים דתיים עקב הקרבה לכותל אז מן הסתם מצופה שרמת הכשרות תהיה גבוהה יותר.

Magnificent! Great staff, great food, great location. I have stayed there five times-- the best!
Pros:

Didn't know dinner was served Friday and lunch and dinner on Saturday. Wasn't sure where to eat because it was the Jewish Sabbath and restaurants would be closed, so it was a pleasant surprise. The food for these meals was excellent, as it was every morning (which is part of the package price for staying there. Really, the prices for Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner were just right.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better. They got cabs to and from the airport from the best drivers...very friendly

It was so so expensive for such a simple hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful
Location was good

Cons:

The hotel was crazy expensive $525 for 1 DBLB for 1 night. Would NOT recommend it.
The air-conditioning was very noisy.

מקום מושלם, בעיר העתיקה. יתרון למי שרוצה לטייל , להגיע לכותל. תחבורה ציבורית - אוטובוסים ממש ליד המלון
מלון נראה מאוד מכובד ויפה. חדרים נעימים ונקיים.
שירות מעולה , ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת.

Cons:

חדר היה קרוב לדלפק . כל הרעשים ושיחות עובדים נשמעו היטב בחדר, זה הפריעה בבוקר לישון, אך לא נורא.
