This property is currently closed for renovations. I’ve alerted Expedia so I’m not sure why the property is still listed, but confirm with the hotel that they are open before booking:)

It's good place to stay in the city and I booked the car to pick up me at the airport ,So when I arrived to airport no car pick up me ,I have to find the TAXI go to hotel by myself ,I'm really disappointed the staff don't ever said sorry anything.

停電が何回かあり、自家発電でまかなえる限界がある為少し残念だった。
セイフティボックスが使用できる状態にされていなかったので、わざわざ呼んでロック解除してもらう必要があった。
シャワーのところの電灯がきれていた。

Nice clean hotel close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice option for solo travelers.

We were very pleased with their friendly staff and our room was upgraded to a top floor with the ocean view window. We'll be back to this hotel again if we come to Nhs Trang.

1. Female staff is friendly and speak good English, bravo. 2. Except for the private pool at 7th floor, nothing much to warrant the steep price for the room which fortunately I booked it at a discounted price, which is still more expensive than some reasonable hotels around the same vicinity. 3. Room is clean but small, balcony view is forgettable, so narrow and facing next building so not really useful other than occasional smoking session. 4. Writing desk is small difficult to work on, dim and no lights on top of it. The electrical outlet is so loose, my laptop/phone charger kept disconnected. Had to check the charge occasionally. However, there are ample electrical outlet near the bedside. 5. Instead of giving 2 bottles of mineral water, the hotel provide drinking water in glass bottle so a bit skeptical on the source. We decided to get our own drinking water from convenient store. 6. Airport transfer from hotel to airport is 350k, 100k more expensive than the usually rate I gotten so far. Most hotels charge 250k - 300k so you are better off negotiating and making personal arrangement with any Grab drivers to come and pick you up to airport. 7. Overall I would say average hotel.

Average hotel one street back from the beach. Message not received about the change for one of the rooms to be changed to a twin room. Had to pay extra. Staff were good but a bit pushy to book tours through them. Beds were very hard but we found most of the hotels we stayed in Vietnam were firm.

Nice hotel in quiet side street. 5 minute walk to beach. Room was good with a really nice shower. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Was leaving on late train and they said I could leave my bag and when I came back to get a towel from reception. I could have a shower and change before going to the station. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast was great. A buffet with lots of choices and very good food. Would definately stay hete again.

Keseluruhannya penginapan kami memuadkan. Walaubagaimana, WiFi yang ada sungguh tidak memuaskan.

This is a nice hotel. Very comfortable. Very friendly staff and restaurants and the beach are just a couple minutes away.

Great location, within walking distance to everything you’d want to see. Street (alley) has great food and little shops on it. Breakfast is pretty good, and reception is very helpful. Although it promotes a spa there isn’t actually one; I went to a different hotel for a spa day after a negative experience at one of the spas across from the hotel. Lots of random outages: first the internet was out for a day, then our lights were out for a day, then the cable went out and never came back while we were there. Our room had a broken lamp (electric short) and was missing the A/C remote. Felt like I was always asking the front desk to fix something. But it was very clean and well maintained otherwise, and the staff spoke good English (this was extremely helpful to us as we speak zero Vietnamese). Get a balcony room if possible: although the Novotel is right in front you still have good views of the beach/ocean!

Nice and centrally located. Quiet. Lots of good restaurants close by. Nice pool.

ビーチに近いプール付きホテルです。　ホテル前には食堂、スパ、商店があります。　朝食も豪華でベトナム料理フォーやベトナム風チャーハン食べ放題、ベトナムコーヒーが飲み放題です。ドライヤーなどのアメニティも日本製を使用しており、充実しております。1週間快適に過ごすことができました。

Lovely board walk along beach, kids rides in the park. Hotel has a good pool and access to the beach.

위치도 좋고 직원도 친절하고 호텔앞에 비치광장이 있어서 산책하기 좋았음.나짱센터도 걸어서 10분정도로 식사하러 가거나 쇼핑하러 가기 좋았고 조식도 잘 나왔고 유명한 콩카페도 가까워서 잘쉬다 왔어요..

エクスペディアの割引も利用しましたが、一泊2000円代でした。どんな宿か気になりましたが、きれいで、朝食もおいしかったです。一点だけ、朝食ビュッフェのスタッフが非常に無愛想だった点が気になりました。
