property states indoor pool and outdoor pool, but only one pool. The pool is not big. Had problems with elevators. Got stuck on 13th floor for 15 minutes and couldn't get to lobby

The building is not maintain well and we found the bad cover carpets in room corridor. Some furniture is not in agood condition, but the bedroom is quite comfort and we can sleep well

First of all the hotel is a little run down. Ordering for the room service menu was a challenge when you tried to order something they were out of it. Breakfast was buffet and always cold. They do not vacuum the rooms or anywhere I saw. The staff is great and its more of a two star hotel don't be fooled by the pictures. I would not stay here again
I always stay at this hotel when i visit Bekasi. Good hotel and reasonable price.
This is the worst hotel I've ever been in.
First of all the check-in starts at 14:00 and we arrived at 14:20.
The receptionist asked a lot of unnecessary questions and later said that we would have to wait for about 45 minutes maximum,because the room wasn't ready YET!
So we sat there(there were a LOT of people waiting too) and waited more than ONE HOUR for the room.
Then we were told that because we waited that long they had upgraded our room and I thought "great,at least they did that".
But when we got to the room,it had a door to the other room (it was a connecting room) and the room itself it's not sound proof.There were kids jumping and playing and we could hear everything the other family was saying.Really noisy.The shower it's awful,horrible water pressure and the water smells like sewer which made the hole bathroom smell so bad.
The bed sheet had a weird stain on it.
Worse experience ever.And for that price too.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY.Save your money and stay somewhere else.I'll never comeback to this hotel,EVER!
P.S.: when we got there,there was this man checking out and complaining too.Meaning everyone complains when they check out (we did too) and they only say sorry and don't do nothing to resolve the problems for the next guests.To me that's just disrespectful.
I'll say it again: SAVE YOUR MONEY,I don't even know why they are a "4 stars hotel" because I wouldn't give not even 1 star.

The lift sucks, they only provide 2 lift. and then we always took a long time to wait the elevator...

Initially booked for 1 night only. Morning before checkout I booked for 1 night extension again and did the booking online. Minutes after, one staff from front desk called me to make the payment for the 1 day extension and said that I will go down to the front desk to give my card. When I approached them the front desk officer who assisted me said that I don't have any booking in a not so good tone without even providing any other options to locate the records. So I went back to my room to get the email that was sent to me regarding the reservation. Went back to them to provide this. Aside from that it took them hours to go to my room or call me back for the stuff that I asked from them. I left my ring from the first room so I immediately informed while I was still out having my lunch. When I went back to the hotel I approached them asking if I could just go to the first room before I was transferred to a new room for me to personally check the ring I have left on the table. Front desk officer (same one that didn't help me find my room reservation) said that she will just send someone in my new room who will accompany me to the first room to look for my ring. Took them several hours and numerous phone calls from me before then have sent someone to my room. Had a difficult time dealing with that front desk officer. Stay was okay except for the customer service/front desk service. I hope management could do something about it.
It was really nice to stay in this hotel. Nice & clean room with a great interior design.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, superb all round.
Music in hallway corridor on at 6AM, prickly annoying too loud uncomfortable music intended to create atmosphere, but only served to wake me up far too early for my day. Hotel policy needs readjustment on this matter. Guests requiring to sleep in after 6AM should tell hotel manager to not put on music so loud so early, thanks and sorry to give such a great hotel less than full marks
Strategic location
This hotel was really posh. It really was a pleasant experience. The only downside is that this is in Bekasi, a suberb of Jakarta. So if you are looking for any kind of nightlife, this hotel is too far. There's nothing to do at night walking distance from the hotel. There's a mall next door that's closed at night. The is the most posh room I've stayed in so far.
