I thought, “If I am going to take the time to send a note, why not write one that really stands out?” Why not take the time to really show how much customer service quality matters to me? Special thanks to Ohm a bartender guy, Pang n Beam they did a great job during my time on 31.01.25" Keep going thought I'll be back ofenly for sure.

A disappointment.
Pros:

What a disappointment. Lots of corridors and lots of shops. Nothing spectacular about any of it. Nothing to wow about, no seats anywhere but in small places to eat. I saw one bench and it was full, everyone else had to sit on the floor. Ikon Siam is much more spectacular and nicer to look at and around. Bangkok One felt cramped in comparison.

The Pom is very nice and well decorated with well stocked supplies and food, also the service is very good and Wilson is very friendly.I recommend Salil hotel with beautiful and clean room .Thank you for all the staff that helped me

Wonderful Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

I love staying in Thonglor and my client booked me here for four days. Perfect. Very comfortable bed and room. Highly professional and kind staff. Koi at the front desk made me feel at home and well cared for. I will stay here again.

An updated modern hotel - really good for 3.5*
Pros:

Was reasonably impressed. My advice is to avoid room 411 as the pressure of the shower was really bad. Hot water wasn't working so asked to change room and it made my stay better. Location is good if you're familiar with Thonglo. It's a long walk from the BTS but there's a 24 hour tuktuk service. It's located on a main road and traffic wasn't noisy. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

値段の割に、アメニティ不足、荷物があってもスタッフは知らんぷり。
洗面台ではお湯が出るのにシャワーは水(冷たい水と冷たくない水)。しかもハンディタイプと上に固定のタイプのシャワーだけど切り替えのつまみを持っていないと固定タイプになってしまう。
