Great motel.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. No complaints there. Close to the beach. Loved that part.

Cons:

Very rude front desk person. She wanted to let me know she was in charge. Two desk clerks. One professional, one should stay away from the public.

Clean quiet amazing staff

Cons:

Took a little longer to check out due to staff being held up on the bridge from traffic delays but another staff member helped us and we finally got to check out.

Fantastic value, location and staff.
Pros:

The property was located in a great area. The price was lower than most of the other places to stay so I set my expectations accordingly. Can’t express how pleasantly surprised I was. The room and view was awesome. The entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with extra towels and an hour extension on the check out. Will definitely be back. I don’t normally write reviews and am admittedly hard to please but felt compelled this time because it was such a great trip.

Cons:

Rooms do not have a balcony but that was not a surprise. I just didn’t realize how much I like them. I think parking may be an issue during the peak summer months but our trip was after Labor Day so no problems.

Perfect spot for a quick overnight stay before heading home.
Pros:

Loved the beach access. Pool was great. Outdoor bathroom facility clean and close by. Breakfast in the morning was perfect.
