I liked the access to the beach
There is limited parking. There is no balconies even though you’re facing the ocean in a few rooms. I booked a king suite, was called 2 hours prior to arriving and was told that room was unavailable and that I would be upgraded. We were “upgraded” to 2 full/queen size beds! Hardly an upgrade! The bed was small and very uncomfortable. The staff was not helpful at all! The property also sits back from the other properties so our window was eye level with the party next door and they could see us when standing at our window
Location was excellent, right on the beach! Breakfast was great! Peaceful, rejuvenating stay for us in a relaxing place!

The bed was so comfortable. It was clean and quiet. The ocean was right at the back of the building, so it was easy to get to the water. Breakfast had a variety of foods. The staff were nice and friendly.
I don't like how I felt lost when pulling into the building and not knowing where to go to check in. I had to look for an opening and a sign on the elevator that says lobby on the 1st floor. But once I found it it was fine. Telling the guests before arrival would have been better.

The room was nice sized and clean. It also had a very nice breakfast selection that was included.
When I arrived a day late for my none refundable stay I had booked. The property told me my reservation had been canceled as I did not check in on the initial day of arrival. I would have to book another room at an additional charge for the night. The employee was unwavering and told me I had to contact booking to work it out. Their policy was that I would not be accommodated and would have to pay for a room through them. It took 45 mins to get into our room after a 12 hour drive. Also the elevator continued to move after the doors opened.
