Breakfast, beach access, room with a view, cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast we great each day. The location and beach access is great! Our room had an ocean view and was very clean! We would stay here again!
Nothing that the hotel could have done. It rained a good bit while we were there, but with the ocean view we got to see the beach during the rain.
The property was easy to access and very clean. Good location.
The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the lack of a ramp going to the beach. It only has stairs.

Probably it needs an update. The pool is too small
The breakfast was pretty standard but the food was always hot and ready on time. The bed in my room was pretty comfortable. AC unit was top tier and quiet. Location right on the beach is great. The shower was really nice with glass doors and lots of hot water.
The staff gave me a lot of weird vibes. I have never felt more unwelcome without anyone being blatantly rude to me. You have to go into an elevator and blindly find the front desk with minimal instruction. I was given my key, time for breakfast, pool hours, and that was basically it. They did not give me any information about the area, the hotel, local restaurants, etc. I had to ask which area of the hotel I was staying. They would also be hanging around the breakfast area while watching the guests and talking. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay. At the end of my stay, there was a basket at the front desk for the keys. No thank you, no asking how my stay was, just nothing but a basket. There was never a welcoming feeling from start to finish.

My room was immediately by the elevator, surrounding it really. Could hear that elevator bell dinging often.
