You get a room, minimal instruction, breakfast, and the beach. That
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty standard but the food was always hot and ready on time. The bed in my room was pretty comfortable. AC unit was top tier and quiet. Location right on the beach is great. The shower was really nice with glass doors and lots of hot water.

Cons:

The staff gave me a lot of weird vibes. I have never felt more unwelcome without anyone being blatantly rude to me. You have to go into an elevator and blindly find the front desk with minimal instruction. I was given my key, time for breakfast, pool hours, and that was basically it. They did not give me any information about the area, the hotel, local restaurants, etc. I had to ask which area of the hotel I was staying. They would also be hanging around the breakfast area while watching the guests and talking. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay. At the end of my stay, there was a basket at the front desk for the keys. No thank you, no asking how my stay was, just nothing but a basket. There was never a welcoming feeling from start to finish.

Location, location, location and free breakfast, good parking situation for this time of year.

Cons:

My room was immediately by the elevator, surrounding it really. Could hear that elevator bell dinging often.
