המבנה מרהיב והיסטורי. מאוד מיוחד.החדר היה מצוין ונקי ביותר.
יחס הצוות היה מצוין.
המיקום בעיר יוצא מן הכלל.
מעולה שאפשר לשים את האוטו בחניון של המקום.
החסרון היחיד הוא שארוחת הבוקר (בתשלום נפרד) מאוד צנועה וחדר האוכל היה לא מחומם (ביום מאוד קר) ולכן לא
לקחנו אותה.

Der Aufzug vom Parkplatz zur Rezeption war außer Betrieb. Man muss zwei Stockwerke zu Fuß hochgehen.

מרבית הזמן היינו במקלט המלון חייב לנו פיצוי. החדר היה קטן מאד. הניקיון טעון שיפור. חוץ מהמבנה החיצוי

אהבנו את המראה החיצוני של המבנה, היסטורי ומרשים. צוות הוהדים היו נחמדים. חוץ מזה לא נהננו הרבה לא הצלחנו להנות מהשינה היינו במצב חירום ונאלצתי לנסוע חזרה הביתה . משעה 03:00-05:00 היינו במקלט צוות ההנהלה לא טרח להגיע ולשאול לצרכנו. בשעה 05:00 עזבתי את המלון. הייתי מצפה לפיצוי!

Cons:

דחוף את הניקיון בחדרים בשטחים הציבוריים, בחדר האכל!!!! בקיצור אכזבה!!! יתרה מכך לא שהיינו במלון היינו במקלט ובשעה 05:00 עזבתי את המלון ולכן המלון חייב לנו פיצוי.

Excellent kind and considerate and HELPFUL staff!!!!

we were upgraded to a suite. LOVELY!!!! This is our second visit to Three Arches and we really enjoyed staying with you.

I wish the restaurant served dinner. Also, your coffee shop was closed (in the past it was open forafternoon coffee)

An iconic experience, well worth it!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, in the perfect location. They have retained its historic past but modernised it in keeping with its character. My deluxe suite had the best bathroom ever! Make sure you ask to go up the tower where the views over Jerusalem are spectacular, and visit the chapel one floor down circular stairs. The peace there is tangible. The breakfast could be improved but the service from all staff was outstanding.
