ResidHotel Toulouse Centre

The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and close to the river and we really enjoyed walking everywhere from the hotel. Our only complaint is that the hotel generally does not answer emails.

5 stars for Tony at the front desk; he was super helpful and always cordial and made our stay extra pleasant. Merci beaucoup!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation clean but a bit tired. No big problem though.

I’m afraid the quality of communication was awful. We had to be given the emergency room as the room we had ordered was given to someone else, as we were given the key and to our surprise someone was already there, don’t know who got the biggest fright, we were then given another room but didn’t have a terrace which is what we ordered, finally we were given the Emerson and free breakfast for the three days we were there, breakfast was lovely.. shower was dire and toilet spend all night filling up, which was very noisy, altogether not a good experience

Nosotros hicimos el check in tardío, ya que nuestro avión llegaba de noche; en la recepción no había nadie así que nos dejaron un sobre con un número de habitación que no se correspondía con la tarjeta que abría la habitación, lo que ocasionó que a las 7 de la mañana otro huésped abrió nuestra habitación, error muy grave, que según mi punto de vista debería haber sido subsanado con la devolución de la estancia. La habitación solamente disponía de un trapo de cocina, con lo cual no podíamos limpiar bien y no había cubo para limpiar suelo, teníamos que utilizar las toallas de baño si de repente algo caía al suelo…faltaban productos de limpieza. La cama era muy cómoda.

I've stayed here twice, the marketing for this property is good and quite deceiving, the rooms are quite run down and stains on the couch, old furniture, limited amenities. Unfortunately, stumbled to here twice, will try not to go again.

Very dirty. Room had not been cleaned in some time. I do not recommend

Le studio était parfait. Les équipements au top.... SAUF l'absence d'une climatisation. Le ventilateur est bien insuffisant, surtout à Toulouse, en pleine canicule.

Very disappointed

Parfait.propre, personnel très sympa, bien placé. Seul bémol, matelas mou sur sommier très dur: ce n'est pas ma tasse de thé.

Easy to walk to the downtown area. Room was nice and big enough to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple but tasty foods and grocery stores were not far. Staff was super nice, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Was clean was spacious good location.
Advertised as having laundry on site but they did not.
No air conditioning- if the temp in Toulouse is above 88F you might want air conditioning.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent place to stay

L'hôtel a besoin beaucoup d'amour, la chambre était juste passable, mur sale,tête de lit très usé pert des morceaux, tuile de ceramique sous le lit, moisissure dans la douche. A part de cela c'était bien.

Appartement équipé propre et confortable. L'emplacement était bien par rapport à notre séjour.

Bad cleanliness and bad communication

Great location. Staff very helpful.

Excellent. Conviently located, 12 minutes' walk from Esquirol metro, with plenty of bars and restaurants. The appartment was well equipped, although for an overnight stay we only used the coffee machine. Spotlessly clean, quiet. This is where we will stay on future trips to Toulouse.
