Customer service and staff was so friendly

Very nice hotel

It is what it is. This is an aging facility, slowly being upgraded. It is a solid 3.5 star resort complex. Our room was not well cleaned, there was hair in the shower and basin, and the floor was not clean. However, it is what it is. If you are looking for a good value stay, with restaurants onsite, and the ability to relax and enjoy time with family, or friends, Bartolomeo is the only property of its kind near Dnipro centre. It is on the river, staff are generally very friendly, and english is never an issue. Better attention needs to be paid to cleaning, and in winter, the heating in a room should be turned on in anticipation of the guests arriving.

Food in Bartolomeo is terrible. Low quality and quantity with a very high price. Better stay there and eat outside.

В этом отеле прекрасная территория, номер выходит прямо на реку, очень приятно проводить время на террасе. Номер большой, хороший дизайн. Обслуживание очень медленное и за время нашего пребывания было пару недоразумений по вине работников рецепшена

Great hotel resort, as always enjoyed the stay. Was pleasantly surprised as dinner at Bartofish was also great, normally food only average, but this time was excellent

I stayed for 4 night and I really liked the room, I liked the location and the balcony and the hited floor. The resort amenities is not so great, no gym, no swimming pool but the river is nice and its very quiet and chill atmosphere.

Dissappointing experience, staff have all turned over, and new staff have soviet mentality, very little customer service, very little thought into their job which they need to be reminded is HOSPITALITY. This is a resort style hotel, amenities OK, old, in need of refurbishment, but good value for what it is. But if you want a stay where you are treated as a guest, find another hotel

Great place but they don’t go out of their way to make you happy

Snygg resort med bra bekvämligheter för den som gillar ett skönt polområde, kitchig sandstrand och snygg natur i sjöläge men samtidigt nära centrala Dnipro.
Servicen var däremot urusel. I väntan på rummet som först blev färdigt 14.00 fick inga faciliteter utnyttjas såsom pol och sportaktiviteter. Vårt sällskap var hänvisat till restaurangdelen, där nästa servicefiasko skulle utspela sig. Maten två i sällskapet fick in bestod av härsket kött och reklamerades omedelbart. Vi beställde in nya rätter men på slutnotan var den skämda maten specificerad. Vid sidan av detta var anrättningarna smak- oc fanfasilösa. Det finnas gott om bättre restauranger i närområdet med god service. Undvik restaurangerna på området.

Sitede iki ayri odali diye ayirttigim oda tek odali cikti. Resepsiyon da Alfiya hanim yardimci oldu ve bir sekilde sorunu duzelttik. Bir onceki ziyaretimde temizlikte sikinti vardi. Bu sefer daha itinali temizlik yapmislar. Insallah tutarli olurda boyle devam eder.

Great resort style hotel. Big spacious rooms, on-site restaurants, parking and club. Awesome in spring/summer, quiet, relaxed and secluded in winter

9-11 Şubat tarihleri arasında 3 gece konakladığım bu otelin durumu giderek kötüye gidiyor. Özellikle Türklerin tercih ettiği bir otel olduğundan yorumumu dikkatli okumanızı tavsiye ederim. Oda+kahvaltı olarak rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen, 1.günün sabahında açık büfe kahvaltı vardı herşey çok güzeldi, 2.gün müşteri olmadığı otel boş olduğu gerekçesi ile açık büfe kaldırılmış menüden kahvaltı seçmek zorunda kaldık ayrıca ikinci bardak çay'a ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık, 3.günde aynı şekilde oldu çay'ekstra ücret ödedik, yönetim ile konuştuğumuzda kurallar değişti, otelde müşteri yok kusura bakmayın ücretinizi de ödemeyiz dediler. Odada oturacak sandalye ve duş için terlik yoktu, talep ettik, terlik yok ama sandalyeyi başka bir odadan getirebiliriz dediler. akşam yemeğinde yediğimiz et bugüne kadar Ukrayna da yediğim en kötü et olarak tarihe geçti, ödediğimizin paranın karşılığını alamadık. Size tavsiyem şehir merkezinde bir otel ve club'leri tercih edin, taksi parası ile otel ücretini daha uyguna getirmiş olursunuz.

rooms are not cleaned every day, the problem of washing clothes (the hotel does not operate laundry), the room has a faulty jacuzzi (deluxe rooms are more expensive with a jacuzzi), very poor service (if you ordering water you can wait one hour)

No gym, no pool ( just inn summer ). Restaurant can`t send your bills to the reception
