Beautiful location - easy walk to old town Alcudia but also peace and quiet if you want it. Lots of lovely walks and sea swims available on your doorstep.

Cons:

The room walls are far too thin - sound proofing is definitely a must for this property going forwards. They should also make water available for free with your evening meal.

Pros:

We were able to store our luggage, and get into our room early. Front desk people were very friendly. We walked along the small private beach, and swam laps in the larger than normal pool, and sat on the lounge chairs under the small trees. The location was amazing. The water view from our balcony was beautiful. Many places to hang out. We appreciated the service out to the pool and lounge areas.

Cons:

You have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs to get to the elevators. The other guests all looked to be much older. My 30 yr. Old daughter said it made her feel like we were in a nursing home. The entertainment in the evening was in the main lobby area with bright lights and folks sitting around in rocking chairs. There aren’t many dining options if you don’t have a car, and the hotel dining area is very institutional looking, again, like a nursing home dining room. We were there at the end of the season, so maybe this has a younger vibe in the summer.

Colazione ottima, quartiere tranquillo ma lontano dal centro di palma di maiorca ma ben collegata e a pochi chilometri dal centro storico di alcudia

The bed was made up daily, and fresh towels were provided every 3 to 4 days, which was a nice touch and kept things comfortable throughout the stay.

Cons:

The room felt very outdated and had a strange, unpleasant smell. The doors were extremely noisy—you can hear every door on the floor opening and closing. The walls are paper-thin, so every conversation and sound from neighboring rooms is clearly audible. Be sure not to leave any food out, especially on the bedside table, as there are a lot of ants.
