. No one attempted to let us know we had no room until we arrive

We booked a room online and received a confirmation number. We arrived at the hotel for them to tell us the hotel was overbooked and we had no room. The manager had just left a message for the front desk clerk to tell us this upon our arrival. No assistance offered to help us find lodging elsewhere.

It was a nice experience, I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The location to my destination, the hotel is very upscale and I like the decor. I very much like the pictures from the region, I can relate to them. I also love the artwork. The atmosphere was refreshing and relaxing.

Cons:

To my surprise there are no air vents in the bathroom. And the water doesn’t stay in the shower, the floor gets wet from the shower.

Perfect place to stay in Lake City!
Pros:

This is a beautiful property and conveniently located for walking around the town. The beds were very comfy and the shower was excellent! The Bistro restaurant was very good as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

While this was fine for us, some folks may want to know the breakfast provided is continental.
