Tive um contratempo com uma refeição vinda do restaurante que veio com um caquinho de vidro, mas de imediato realizaram a troca do prato.

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, do café da manhã e da limpeza. Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza excelente. O hotel fica no bairro Sete Portas, o que facilita muito o deslocamento para pontos turísticos e outras regiões de Salvador.

Cons:

O hotel fica numa região cercada de moradores de rua, o que torna proibitivo chegar ou sair a pé.
As instalações são simples.
