The staff was very friendly, clean and spacious rooms plus the breakfast had nice options.
Pros:

The breakfast option was good, staff hospital was good, and location was good

Cons:

The refrigerator in room was very small. Our room was over the pool so one night we did hear the kids yelling and playing.

excellent value
Pros:

Check-in, the cleanliness of the room, the bed was ok and the TV was spot on. I did not have a chance to view the pool and exercise room but I'm sure it was ok. Went to dinner at a restaurant we stumbled upon, "Salt Air" which was excellent and should be recommended

Cons:

The eggs served at Breakfast did not taste like fresh but powdered.

Rehoboth Beach Cape May Lewes ferry
Pros:

We love the location as it is very convenient to the Cape May Lewes ferry. It has an excellent breakfast, and we found we could walk to nearby shops. It was very close to the Boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach.

We were very comfortable and happy about our stay at the Rehoboth Fairfield Inn
Pros:

Location, comfort, coffee service all day, very friendly staff

Cons:

Bathroom is a little dated but everything was fine
Breakfast ran out of the more popular items towards the end of the time allotted
