Great and amazing
I was hoping for the view of Caxton street not other side
Modern, spacious room. Fairly well located, within walking distance from city center, restaurants, and bus and train stations.
Breakfast is the main downside. You have to choose one of the menus. The quantity and range are rather limited for those who want to have a hearty start of the day. Also, there is only one hot drink included.
Good location. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.
Despite booking months in advance to attend an event at Suncorp we were informed an hour after official check-in was opened that the guest car park was full . This left us high and dry on an event night in Milton , the closest parking option was a 15minute up hill walk at the cost of $80. Had to cancel our booking and book at another hotel in the city .Very poor on the part of the hotel - if you are going to advertise you have parking with no ability to reserve this needs a disclaimer.

Fantastic location! LOVE how quiet it is, despite being on a super busy road. Great views, gorgeous decorating, a very relaxing experience.
Presentation, comfort and I received a complimentary suite upgrade
It was fine. Clean room, good location and decent staff. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets just downstairs and a nice 25-30 minute walk into the centre.
Some sort of bug in the room left bites all over my leg first night, but I can't necessarily blame hotel for this because I'm not sure where it came from.
The location is phenomenal, right on Caxton st with the stadium, a shopping centre with a Coles, and a wide variety of restaurants all within about a 2 minute walk. There was also a bus stop about a 5 minute walk down the road that was 4 stops (about 10 minutes) away from Brisbane CBD. The room was fairly clean, and even on Caxton Streets busiest nights the room was completely quiet with the balcony doors shut. The room is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which was a very pleasant surprise! All of this for a very reasonable price has left me very satisfied with the hotel.
The main criticism is the parking, it's available, but it's very tight with small spaces, and in very limited numbers. Staff did inform us at check-in about this, but apart from the nearby shopping centre parking can be very limited. A smaller criticism was the cleanliness, overall it was a solid 4/5, but there was some heavy dust in the wardrobe, specifically on the lower shelves, and the shower could've used a de-molding along the corners. None of these issues were bad enough to be dealbreakers or severely negatively impact the stay, and I was so satisfied with the experience that I've made the Beetson my new default hotel for Brisbane trips.
I had a great spacious modern room. The staff graciously gave me an early check-in which was very convenient for my appointment I had. Great location.
