Staff were THE BEST! We would stay again for that reason alone - super-helpful, understanding, and warm team of folks.
It was our first stay, for the Royal Edinburgh Milutary Tattoo. I expect it had been an extremely busy time for the team but they were superstars. Especially when we were trying to manage parking logistics!
The onsite parking is tricky to navigate (entry and exit on Caxton St), especially when checking-in. Also getting to your parked car during a stay (having to ask a member of staff because of the lift access etc) - but totally understand there’s very little the hotel can really do given the location of the site.
Parking, staff not very helpful.
Our rooms were fantastic. Conjoining rooms which was a pleasant surprise. Our room overlooked Suncorp and we loved that ! Nice big rooms
Just that we had to re ask for milk and coffee and the air con would turn off constantly. I understand the doors have to be shut and we did make sure of that however we would go out to enjoy the balcony closing the door behind us then would go back inside and it was so hot as the air con turned off

The location was perfect for the experience I planned for. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, stylish and modern.
The milk and toilet paper didn't get topped up daily.

Room had no view
It appeared nice and modern, staff were nice. Breakfast was nice.
It was dusty in lots of places which was off putting
There were renovations going on that we were unaware of so there was tape around the hallways.
Booking.com also said about having use of a pool nearby but it was referring to the beach at south bank apparently.
The location is great for Suncorp Stadium
Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. Staff very disorganised and service in the restaurant at night was appalling
