We had room 24 which had been renovated and was nicer than room 14 we stayed in earlier in the week
Facilities are all good including the TV options
We had room 14 there was a large stain on the carpet in the middle of the lounge although we note it would be hard to remove.
The location in the Centre of Karratha is excellent.
TV's were excellent with a good range of programs including streaming options
The amenities in the room. Air con, dishwasher , cutlery, cleaning products for dishes etc, lounge, linens, tv.Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent.
Staff at check in not very pleasant. Treat you like a number. Very little interaction, just get in and get out. Both times for check in and check out. I know they get busy, but remember this is our first time at your accommodation and we need someone with a bit of patience. You are in hospitality remember.
Air con in bedroom very noisy. Could not have it on during the night because of the noise. Lounge room aircon was fine. Not sure why they couldn't have a quieter one in the bedroom also.
Other than that, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
