毎年箱根でのんびり休養するため、息子と宿泊させて頂いております。
今回も美味しい食事と部屋の温泉でとても良い旅が出来ました。

Vi var desværre ikke så heldige med vejret, så det spiller noget ind. Snebyger og omkring tre grader.
Det er et hyggeligt lille sted. Der er meget mørkt træ alle vegne, så når vejret ikke var med en kom det til at virke lidt trist og mørkt. Bruser/bad er udenfor - og det var ikke lige os i den kulde. Man får virkelig prøvet noget japansk mad både morgen og aften, og personalet var meget søde. De kunne dog ikke meget engelsk så selvom menuen stod på engelsk kunne vi ikke altid gennemskue hvad der var hvad.
Hotellet er nemt at komme til med bus fra stationen, og er et godt udgangspunkt til ture rundt i området.

The room was superb, comfy and spacious. Private onsen just made it better. Dinner was sumptuous and breakfast too. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.

昨日も利用させて頂きましたが、部屋の露天風呂でゆったりできて、食事も豪華でとても満足して帰ることが出来ました。また利用させて頂きます。

Large clean spacious room. Loved the private hot spring. Delicious traditional breakfast!

There are many insects in the hot spring in the room. Nice staff and nice food.

This is further out from Hakone than I expected but the hotel is lovely. It’s a little run down and could do with sprucing up a bit but we enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and the food was lovely. Buses run regularly to attractions in the area from just outside the hotel

We had an amazing experience staying here. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious and the private onsen was an added bonus. The shabu shabu dinner was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip and the service from staff was great. Overall I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Hakone!

Nice to have a private onsen but cobwebs and mold around it. Didn’t feel clean enough for me to go in.

료칸에서 제공되는 개인탕이 있어 훌륭했습니다만, 겨울이라 이용하기에 좀 추웠습니다. 다른 계절이라면 잘 사용가능할 것 같아요. 저녁과 아침으로 제공되는 식사도 모두 양질로 일본의 음식 느낌이 잘 전달돼어 만족했습니다

The onsens were very nice. One of the best ive stayed at.

기대만 컷던 여행인건지! 검색해 찾고찾은 료칸이 너무 별로!
온천탕 이라고 들어간곳은 동네 목욕탕 보다 못하고 지져분! 객실 온천도 너무 별루!
음식은 뭘 먹으라는건지 !
2/3일 똑같은 음식만 먹은 기분!

今次旅行很慶幸能入住品之木兩天一夜，旅館簡單而舒適, 環境幽靜, 能放鬆心情好好休息。房間內有風呂可以隨時浸浴, 亦有公共浴場。人員服務周到，我們第一晚過了晚膳時間才到達旅館，獲安排在房內享用晚餐, 一點不馬虎。第二天的晚餐更加豐富，還有酒類飲品放題，追加食物都不貴。從旅館步行一分鐘便到達巴士站，接駁箱根各大景點, 十分方便。

We stayed one night in a separated room with private open-air bath (non-smoking) for an anniversary trip, and it was an absolute pleasure. The room itself was two floors, spacious, scrupulously clean, with a bedroom area above and a lounge area below. The lounge was equipped with a large pit-style kotatsu that we enjoyed between baths.

The room's private hot spring bath was in a little area behind the room, surrounded by little trees and enclosed by wooden walls. It was very large compared to other private room baths we've had, and easily fit both of us in full recline with plenty of room to spare. The continuously circulated hot spring water itself was cooled to a very pleasant 42 degrees C or so. We took around seven or eight baths. The only small negative point of the bath was that it had a slight chlorine note that covered up the usual sulphur, but the onsen had their required certificate that verified the water as genuinely volcanic and gave its mineral breakdown, so it wasn't like they were covering anything up.

The included six-course dinner and breakfast were delicious, though not the full, elaborate kaiseki style that some other places do (for a much higher price point). In consideration of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all ordering was done via a smartphone website that opened when we scanned a QR code at our table. The website offered both an English and Japanese interface.

English spoken by the front desk was adequate.

Overall, an excellent place!

大浴場のシャワーが出ませんでした。お食事は暖かい鍋など満足しました。
部屋に露天風呂はこういう時期には良いですね。
