1 heis førte til mye venting.
Vi fikk en melding her i booking.com om at de ikke hadde fått beskjed om når vi ankom. Så vi ble truet på at bestillingen vår blir kansellert hvis vi ikke kommer før 00;00 samme dag.
Vi skrev en mail til dem om dette, og det er tydelig at systemet her inne på booking.com ikke snakker sammen med mail systemet.. vi ankom mellom 21-22 som avtalt på mail. Men å lese denne meldingen på booking i etterkant opplevdes som fornærmende. Her er det ikke blitt gjort en god nok innsats for å ivareta oss som gjester.

Great location with short walks to two different stations. Price was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful (Bonus that they also spoke English).
Room was tiny but you pay for what you get. No view from the room.
Tiene muchos detalles (tontos) pero que suman a la experiencia. Una TV que te pone el WIFI, datos para turistear, para conectarte con el móvil, etc. La habitación normal, de tamaño como todos los otros que reservamos. Solo entras con una maleta de mano por persona. Te cambian las toallas todos los días (no nos pasó en ningún otro)
Para lo grande que es el hotel, quisimos lavar ropa y solo hay 2 lavadoras. Creo que estaría mejor que haya algunas más.
