Cons:

Das Gebäude war relativ schmal, deswegen gab es nur einen Aufzug. Während der Checkout Zeit war viel los.

Absolutely fine.... yes the rooms are small but then the rates do justice to it.
Pros:

Everything was fine and perfect. No problem at all.
the AC was fine., Water was available. The Staff was very helpful and guided me how to go around the city , get on a train / hop on hop off bus etc.

Cons:

The Breakfast buffet..... the main items were very limited.... I have stayed at the APA Hotel Kabukicho TOWER and the breakfast spread there as much better.
here it was very limited....

De locatie en de kamer maar dan moet je wel de deluxe boeken met 2 personen want de normale is niet te doen.
Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt! Niet boeken. Paar tafeltjes alleen voor 2 personen. Brood was op, ei was op etc. Veel te klein voor dit hotel.
1 lift is ook te weinig, wij zaten op 12 (hoogste) dus dan stap je altijd in een lege lift.

バスユニットの袖壁に手摺りがあればと思いました。

Très bon rapport qualité prix, très bon emplacement, qualité de service excellente!

Cons:

Des espaces de rangements pliables auraient été appréciables vu le manque d’espace dans la chambre et la difficulté d’ouvrir la valise à chaque fois qu’on souhaite retirer ses vêtements

Oteli çok beğendim, gayet temiz ve konforluydu, önceden gönderdiğimiz valizleri teslim almış lobide bekletmişlerdi. WiFi çok verimli kullanılabiliyor. Birçok kişi odaların çok küçük olduğundan bahsetmişti korkarak almıştık ama gayet yeterliydi bence hatta yatakların altı boşluklu olması ekstra avantaj bile sağlıyor, çok rahat 2 valiz açabildik. Konum olarak çok canlı bir yer, işlek bir cadde üzerinde, yanında 7eleven, familymart, lawson var. Hemen köşesinde Türk dönercisi var gece de açık. Shinjukuya yürüme mesafesi. Oedo line metrosuna da yürüme 5-7 dk. özellikle gece hayatı çok fazla. Kabukicho bölgesi Tarlabaşına dönmüş biraz ama yine de güvenli bir yer, tavsiye ederim, tekrar gelsem tercih ederim.
