Ubicación ideal en pleno Shinjuku!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.
La limpieza de la habitación es de apreciar!

Las habitaciones son pequeñas como en los APA en general, pero son correctas para una estancia de unos pocos días de calidad.

El baño tiene un tamaño razonable en comparación y una buena ducha.

Cons:

El personal apenas habla inglés y su actitud frente a ello no es la más facilitadora.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. It had all amenities I required and I was able to have quality rest every night.
Pros:

The property is central to everything and close to train stations and convenience stores and laundromat.

Cons:

Had to go down stairs to refill water bottle provided constantly.

Localização ótima! Ficamos em um quarto super tranquilo. Limpeza excelente. Realmente é um quarto bem pequeno, mas completamente normal para o padrão APA. Dormimos muito bem. Funcionários muito prestativos e educados.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The location in Kabukicho is unbeatable but there few APA in same area so please be mindful about street number — steps from Shinjuku's entertainment, dining, and transit, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a Japanese city hotel, and the cleanliness was spotless throughout my solo 3-night stay. Staff were warm, helpful, and efficient at check-in and check-out. For the price, the value is outstanding — hard to find anything comparable in this area.

Cons:

Kabukicho is lively at night, so some street noise was noticeable — light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or request a higher floor. Minor trade-off for such a great location though. Hotel lobby does not have area to wait n sit for taxis or transits.

Appena arrivati problema al check-in perché mio figlio non era stato calcolato come adulto, ma come bambino(?!) anche se su Booking ho inserito i dati corretti. E abbiamo dovuto pagare la differenza e non ho ancora avuto risposte da Booking… per il resto pulizia, cambio asciugamani, la colazione è servita al bar attiguo, a buffet e qualche pietanza a scelta cucinata al momento

Cons:

La colazione è sempre uguale e praticamente tutta salata, dopo qualche giorno è pesante mangiare sempre le stesse cose. Camere piccole, standard giapponese di Tokyo…

Det ligger nära tågstationen och enkelt att att hitta massor av restauranger.

Cons:

Tror vi hamnade i något slags annex. Låg tre APA-hotell inom samma område. Frukosten och utrymmet för den var ett skämt. Även utbudet dåligt. Otroligt trångt. Gick inte att sitta en familj på fyra tillsammans. Vi valde att sitta ute istället på skrangliga bord. Utbudet var otroligt dåligt, lite rostmackor, någon såsig äggröra, världens minsta yoghurtskål erbjöds och en trött banan med någon sallad. Trist! Särskilt när man betalat mycket för frukosten och haft riktigt bra frukostar på andra APA-hotell. Rummen var otroligt trånga och luften var dålig. Någon AC som sköttes centralt som antingen var svinkall eller fuktig. Sängen i dubbelrummet var knapp 120 cm och hård. De hade inga paraplyer att låna ut och kunde inte hjälpa till att boka taxi till flygplatsen. Totalt sett en riktig dålig upplevelse.
