Good stay sufficient for when you not spending much time at the hotel anyhow.
Pros:

Location was great. Quick service. Clean room with all facilities needed. It was good stay and I would stay again. It offers all you need, it’s good but not amazing. Sufficient for what we needed as we went out all day anyway. Clean towels and amenities every day. All cosmetic provided.

Cons:

The room is very small (especially for 3 of us) and you unable to regulate aircon/heating as it’s done centrally (the same for every room). Did not hear the noise from the street but heard a noise and vibration - from either train or lift I couldn’t work out what it was.

Teleurstellend
Pros:

De ligging was wel oke. Je had uiteraard dichtbij een 7-eleven en andere winkels en bars. Het was naar eender welk metro station een kwartier stappen.

Cons:

De kamer is echt kleiner dan je denkt...! Ik zou in de toekomst nooit meer deze grootte willen, want dit gaf echt een claustrofobisch gevoel, zelfs met koffers onder het bed.
Er staat dat er airconditioning is, maar blijkt dat we die niet zelf konden bedienen en dat dit hetzelfde is voor alle kamers. Wij hebben het elke nacht veel te warm gehad. Het raampje kan je op een kiertje zetten, maar dit doet weinig tot niets.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en bagage laten staan voor en na het inchecken is vlot verlopen. Buiten de enkele ingestudeerde Engelse zinnen kan je er eigenlijk niets aan vragen en is het moeilijk om te communiceren. Ik snap het, het is Japan, maar voor zo een grote keten te zijn, gericht op toeristen, en met vermeldingen dat het peroneel "Engels" spreekt, had ik toch wel beter verwacht.
Het ontbijt moet je blijkbaar best reserveren, want het is echt een kleine zaal met een paar tafeltjes en wij hebben in de koude buiten moeten wachten tot het aan ons was. Het assortiment was triest, maar je had wel de basics van brood, omelet, spek, cornflakes en drinken. Er werd ook een formulier gegeven om te kiezen wat je wou laten maken, we hebben elke optie geprobeerd en vonden enkel de hamburger degelijk. En geloof me, wij verwachten niet veel. Het was vooral taai en smakeloos.
We kregen trouwens geen ontbijt op de dag dat we moesten uitchecken... Voor we zelfs uitgecheckt waren... Nog nooit meegemaakt.

Misschien is dit niet erg voor anderen, voor ons een extra kleine ergernis: ze hebben 1 lift in een gebouw van 12 verdiepingen. Lijkt niet zo erg, maar we hebben echt vaak lang gewacht op de lift en er zijn geen trappen waar we gebruik van mochten maken. Zeker op uitcheck uren kan je lang wachten als iedereen met koffers naar beneden moet geraken.
Wij waren enorm teleurgesteld en hopen dat anderen niet dezelfde fout maken.
