Would stay again as I know things happen regarding the T.V connection and lift
Pros:

This was our second stay in a month, everything was on point our first visit.

Cons:

This second visit the T. V refused to allow us to login and watch netflix or prime after 2 attempts in room by the staff. room 418.
So after a 3 day trip from sunshine coast to sydney and back, in room rest is what we needed but I had to watch Prime on my phone 😩 The elevator was out one evening we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs and with us leaving at 2.30am the next morning we were nervous we would be tricking down with our bags. Thankfully they were back in action for our checkout.
A small thing, a box of in room tissues, is nicer than blowing a nose on toilet paper.

Great location, clean and secure would recommend
Pros:

It was a great location, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The room felt secure, and the kitchen was good. Liked the individual air conditioning. It was adequate for my needs.

Cons:

The room was really small, and there weren't enough power points. As a short person, the microwave was a bit high.

Pros:

It was fine the internal garden was nice

Cons:

The bed mattress protector was a lumpy mess like sleeping on sound proofing chunks. I had to strip the bed and remove it, so was on a gross hard mattress, the pillows were the same or huge and hard.
The property had no mini bar and I wasn’t offered the free drink that I saw came with my booking.
It was just completely over priced

a bit pricy but perfect location for what I needed to be. Decor is fantastic, rooms are very nice.
Pros:

short walk to theater and cafes / shops.
short drive from airport.
Bed is very comfortable.
Room is as per pictures from web site. Comfy, and loving the decor.

Cons:

my room key had issues and had to ask for help twice.
stairs are not well signed posted.
missing hooks in bathroom to hand towel to dry.
no lock on door
