Love The Urban and have stayed many times.
Pros:

Location, friendliness of staff and ‘cool’ Newtown vibe.

Cons:

Only issue with rooms - need less intense lighting particularly the bedside lights which are dazzling. Would love to have body lotion and face flannels available 🙂

A clean comfortable room in a great location for a short stay
Pros:

This was a super place to stay. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were all I needed.
The rooms are not super spacious but this suited my visit.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, or inviting, someone’s hair stuck to the door etc. For the price $280 overall was very average. But excellent location in Newtown.

Pros:

Location, style, service, amenities. So conveniently located near the enmore theatre and great bars. Very neat and clean and the drinks and snacks in the foyer was a great surprise.

Close to family, comfortable, needs better maintenance of utilities
Pros:

Always nice to use the Urban when visiting family, the overall decor is getting tired and requires further investment. Rooms were clean but a lamp didn't work and there were obvious signs of wear and tear - staff were pleasant
