No essay needed, loved the time i spent there. Staff were amazing.
Pros:

Kitchen didn't open until lunch but tea and coffee was really available and lunches and dinners were well made for pub food. Staff was very polite. After leaving I was contacted about an item I left behind and pick up was arranged. Overall positive.

Cons:

Hated the stairs, not tall stairs, i just have mobility issues.
