Friendly staff
pubic hairs in bathroom corners, shower and on countertop and a stink bug in there to boot. Old style thick comforter put underneath modern sheet blanket which did not make sense.
Clean and inviting lobby, the bar serves some of the best espresso martinis in the valley.
a woman with a clipboard came knocking on our door at 1030am when checkout was at 12pm. she apparently had a room key and opened our door trying to enter while my boyfriend and i were still sleeping. luckily i had the deadbolt on so she couldn’t. once i confronted her she just asked if we had a 12pm checkout, exchanged weird looks and left. not really sure what that was about but i don’t think we will be returning because of that.
People smoking right by front entrance was gross. Refrigerator and microwave appliances were not friendly: refrigerator smelled like sour milk;microwave operation was screwy (key pad was not intuitive). Room 309.

From Internet we did the reservation and checked in. But we were assigned a very noisy room which has 2 air condition out units nonstop making noise from front window, It seems they gave unpleasant room to customers who checked in first.
The staff at checkout was less than impressive and everything was closed. If, your looking for anything more than a bad cup of coffee-your going to be disappointed.

TV spontaneously turned on at 2:25 am. I had not been watching it so had to locate remote across room.

The hotel was nice. There is no restaurant. You can buy a prepared meal and they will heat it up for you, but it’s not a restaurant.
My tv in the room did not work but the front desk was nice enough to change my room.
My room was clean but the bathroom had been lightly cleaned. The towels were changed but the toilet and sink had been forgotten.
