Majestic foyer, clean spacious rooms and staff were perfect.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable of the buildings history and location. Room was perfect. Had a twin room, beds were slightly larger than expected. Bathroom was spacious. Room had lots of storage and shelfs to put your gear on. Aircon was a god send with the uk summer in full swing. Upon check in was given a third card key to leave in the slot in the room so the aircon remained on. Little details like that was ingenious.

Cons:

Nothing. Rarely do I say this. Loved this place.

Pros:

Stort rum med luftkonditionering (det var jättevarmt i Liverpool då) och fin utsikt. Iskallt vatten i receptionen. Jättebra läge för det vi skulle göra.

Cons:

Att dörren till toaletten fastnade så att jag inte kunde ta mig ut själv, min partner fick hjälpa mig. Dagen efter kom en reparatör men inte ens hon kunde fixa det. Frukosten var inte särskilt bra.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Very comfy bed, good air conditioning, great location.

Cons:

On arrival despite being at the front of the check-in queue I was told to move aside as there was a group arriving imminently and they’d be with me soon. I sat down just to the side of check-in and waited 30mins.

The building, staff, location, view from bedroom, very comfortable bed and pillows, good shower. Bar and pool table! :-)

Cons:

Would like the breakfast sausages to be gluten free. Scrambled eggs could be nicer and bacon browned.
