The bed was comfortable and the room looked very clean. The building was easy to find. Check in and check out were easy.

Absolute oasis in the depths of winter
Pros:

The pool was so warm and the hot tub felt like heaven after a 6 hour drive. It was especially wonderful because it was -5 degrees outside and so toasty inside. The heated floors in the changing room were such a nice touch. The breakfast was phenomenal and super fancy. The fire in the dining room was incredibly appreciated. I will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

It’s really huge and we had a hard time finding the pool. A map of the building and better signage would be helpful. We got lost a couple times.

Very nice and enjoyable stay at the Best Western!!!
Pros:

Staff was courteous and friendly. Food at restaurant was delicious. Hotel and room were clean and very presentable. Have visited in the past and will be back in the future!

The room was comfortable, the breakfast choices were very good, and the pool and spa area were maintained impeccably. Overall the staff were very nice. The location was excellent given we were visiting our son at the university next door.
