I have no complaints about this place!
The staff was really nice.
When we arrived, we checked in and got the key to our room. When we attempted to get into our room the door would not open. We went back to the front desk and we were able to get another room. We got into the other room and found small dead bugs in the bathtub and on the comforter of the bed. On the side of the bed closest to the window we found a bunch of water pooled up in the corner as seen in the video. We returned to the front desk and stayed elsewhere for the night.
The staff and proximity to the highway
The pool. It was in the middle of nowhere and it was described differently

We had a good overnight stay, room was comfortable and clean. There was a great little cafe across the road serving delicious Louisiana cuisine.
We found getting to the turnoff to the hotel a little confusing and had to do a loop to get back to it.
