Way overpriced. Combative front desk. Disappointing.
Pros:

It's on the beach. Many of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Hotel is super overpriced. Front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and combative when we tried to resolve a problem with the bill that the hotel made and eventually corrected. The rooms were in poor condition, air conditioner and other items in the room did not work properly, beach at the lodge is washed out.

Dissapointing place with amazing food and service
Pros:

The staff was really attentive, kind and fast. Alexander at the restaurant and Randy at the Lobby made the stay much more pleasant. The food was really good and tasty.

Cons:

The amenities and the room were not worth the value. Prices are similar to 5 star hotels in the capital but minus the luxuries. It is not a Glamping place either. The rooms are smaller than advertised and they do look dated and run down. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom, the shower floor was dirty with mold, and the water never completely drains because the shower floor is uneven and slopes away from the drain hole.

Der Empfang war herzlich und die Anlage sehr schön. Das Essen im dazu gehörigen Restaurant war köstlich.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und die Dusche hatte keine Aufhängung. Es gab im ganzen Zimmer kaum Haken. Leider konnten wir keine Massage buchen, da das Spa 2 Tage geschlossen war.

Auf jeden Fall ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, das auch höheren Ansprüchen genügt.
Pros:

Reichhaltiges hervorragendes Frühstück. Das Essen war grundsätzlich ausgezeichnet, die Köche haben wirklich überzeugt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Bungalows waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem schattigen Palmenwald verteilt, mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Strand vor dem Hotel sehr gepflegt und ruhig.

Komfortable Bungalows in traumhafter Lage!

Cons:

Kommunikation mit dem Staff war zu Beginn sehr holprig, zudem ging jeden Tag irgendetwas von der Speise- , oder Getränkekarte aus. Mitarbeiter waren dann aber sehr bemüht. Danke Alexander, dass du uns so gut betreut hast 👍. Sehr schwierig ein Taxi zu bekommen!

Leider gingen die Fruchtsäfte,prickelnde Mineral sowie der Wein aus! Das Spa war geschlossen ! Wir eine Gruppe von 8 Pers. stellten fest, der Eigentümer kein leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber!

Un endroit fantastique pour une lune de miel fantastique
Pros:

Un cadre magnifique avec des installations magnifiques. Une mention particulière pour le personnel super aimable, accueillant et arrangeant, Alexander, Ruth et tout les autres. Le Dirigeant un expatrié Français est d’une rare gentillesse et à participé à rendre notre séjour inoubliable par le biais de petites attentions. Les bungalows sont spacieux et très bien équipés, profitent d’une vue à couper le souffle à seulement quelques mètres de l’eau. Nous avons pu profiter de toutes les facilitations pour aller à Cayo Arena tout comme naviguer à travers la mangrove avoisinante. Le petit nombre de bungalow permet d’être très peu nombreux ce qui rend l’expérience plus qu’agréable (avoir sa table en front de mer dressé tout les soir, les équipes qui prennent en comptent vos préférence ou encore un calme certain à tout moment de la journée )
