perfekt zum entspannen für einen kurzen aufenthalt

- wunderschöner Strand
- sauberer & schöner Pool
- sehr gutes Essen
- Ruth & das Rezeption-Team war sehr lieb und aufmerksam
- ruhiges Hotel zum entspannen

Cons:

- am Samstagabend hat man keine Essensauswahl beim Abendessen, es gibt nur ein überteuertes BBQ
- Frühstück ist eher wenig
- unbedingt Insektenspray mitnehmen!
- wenn es regnet, funktioniert das Internet nicht (und bei uns im Zimmer hat es auch reingetropft)
- in der Nähe gibt es nicht wirklich andere Essensmöglichkeiten
- keine Activities (für kurzer Aufenthalt okay)
- Bootstour zu Cayo-Arena überteuert

Paradisisches Hotel

Das Hotel ist ein Geheimtipp an einem traumhaften Strand, weit weg von typischen Touristenzielen. In diese Gegend gehen fast nur lokale Touristen, aber im Hotel wird auf Ruhe und Sauberkeit geachtet. Nebst Fleisch, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte gibt eine eine tolle spezielle Vegetarische Karte (einfach danach Fragen). Wir hatten immer einen riesen (wirklich riesig) Sonnenschirm für uns. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gelungen im Layout und wird gut unterhalten. Das Meer war super warm, weil es eine Bucht ist und hat wenig Wellen. Wir waren 4 Tage dort, aber im empfehle mehr.

El hotel es bonito y la zona preciosa

Cons:

Las habitaciones con camas pequeñas y no tienen terraza. Fumigan y te avisan media hora antes para que te metas en la habitación 1 hora, deberían hacerlo en la madrugada con una máquina insonorizada. Revisar la puerta de los baños, nos quedamos encerrados.

Un paradis caché extraordinaire !
Pros:

L'hôtel etait un vrai petit paradis sur terre. Tout était parfait. L'endroit somptueux, calme, magnifique. Tout est très pensé. La piscine est magnifique avec une vue sur l'océan extraordinaire. La plage privée ne peut pas etre plus privée, on se sent seul au monde. Tout est tres bien entretenu.

Ce qui nous a le plus marqué est le service extraordinaire. D'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours à etre à l'attention du moindre détail et faire tout pour que notre petite fille de 2 ans et demi soit bien. Mention spéciale à Joahnny, Cécilia et Ruth qui ont ete incroyables du debut à la fin. Bravo pour ce service incroyable.

Le restaurant est délicieux. Les coktails sont vraiment dun super rapport qualité prix ainsi que les plats, tres variés et d'une belle qualité. Nous avons pu manger tous les jours au restaurant pendant une semaine sans s'ennuyer.

Gros + sur l'excursion proposée par l'hôtel également.

Tout était parfait ! On recommande à 1000%

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación en un entorno natural, tranquilo para descansar. La playa es espectacular de aguas tranquilas y muy limpia. El alojamiento es cómodo, amplio y funcional con independencia de las demás cabañas. La cama es muy cómoda, el aire funcionaba correctamente al igual que el internet. La pasamos muy bien y lo recomiendo totalmente

Cons:

Lo único que podrían mejorar es el desayuno que lo consideramos muy acotado, básico y con pocas opciones.
En cuanto al restaurante los platos son abundantes, Gourmet muy rica!

Good until the worker stole my son sneakers

My son left his sneakers in the room when we checked out when we went back the sneakers were taken stolen from whoever went into the room after we left then they all said they didn’t see anything and we had to leave without my son sneakers I should have called the police

Paradise!
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the world. From the warm and welcoming reception staff to the delicious restaurant—special thanks to Alex and Jonny—the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The massages by Serandy were incredible, and the boat trip with the team was truly unforgettable.

And of course, the setting speaks for itself: stunning turquoise-blue water and a calm, peaceful beach that feels like paradise. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommended.

Pool closes too early for people on vacation they serve dinner by the pool so they close the pool at 6 at nothing else to do no entertainment and too many mosquitoes and to top it all they stole my sons sneakers and of course no one knows anything we know he had them when arrived Be careful they go into the rooms they went in and stole them

המלון ממוקם במקום מאוד מבודד מאוד קשה לצאת מהמלון ללא רכב, המקום יפה מאוד החוף ים של המלון מדהים ויפה מאוד, החדר של המלון לא מתוחזק ונראה לא טוב, המחירים בבריכת/מסעדת המלון לא זולים בכלל!
להזמין מהמלון סיור חופים שיש כאן עולה כפול מבחוץ, בהליכה פשוטה על החוף לכיוון איזור הסירות אפשר למצוא מחירים אחרים..

חייב להצטייד עם ספריי נגד יתושים לשעות הערב
מיטה קשה, יש בעיה של מים חמים במקלחת..
הכי חבל זאת ארוחת הבוקר ההזמנה היא מתפריט ואפשר להזמין מנה אחת בנוסף מגיע סלסלת לחם ופירות ובשביל לקבל עוד לחם או כל דבר נוסף צריך לשלם כסף.
לגבי הקפה בשביל לקבל קפוצ׳ינו צריך להוסיף כסף שזה ממש לא ברור אני מקבל בארוחת הבוקר קפה פילטר + חלב מוקצף מה הבעיה לעשות קפוצ׳ינו ?
ואם אלו ההגבלות שירשמו את זה לפני שנותנים להזמין מראש ארוחת בוקר.
