Cloud Hotel & Suites

I've lodged at Cloud on multiple occasions, each time my expectations were met. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, a nice and delicious breakfast buffet, and a restaurant that serves excellent room service.

Quiet rooms, perfect shower water temperature, very clean, friendly staff, restaurant food and breakfast buffet are very delicious, very comfortable and clean beds, and cold A/C. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Friendly staff and excellent

I recommend this hotel as great value for money, with a nice restaurant, situated above a shopping center which makes everything so easy. The rooms are simple, comfortable, and clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. The only drawback is the noise from adjacent function hall that happens a couple of nights a week.

The hotel sits within the Diamond Plaza Mall, so amazing access to restaurants, coffee, amenities, etc. The staff is responsive; the food is good.

However, both the hotel and the mall are old and worn. The pool doesn't look clean and the sauna looks decripit. (I didn't use it). Plus there are often weddings which blare music way into the wee hours of the morning.

The parking was full so we had to park in the food courts parking lot. It was fine but not ideal to leave our car with some bags.

The cleanliness of the shared spaces was below par. The pool does not look like the pictures on the website, it is cloudy white, the sunroof has been mostly covered. The breakfast options were poor, with the food sometimes being cold and the amount and variation much less than similar hotels in Nairobi. Compared to other neighborhoods, I found there were more and more aggressive panhandlers in the area around the diamond plaza. If I were to return to Nairobi, I would highly consider staying elsewhere

Service personnel were political and welcoming

The staff were polite and courteous. Any issues were handled very promptly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The two i ordered food from the restaurant it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend Cloud Hotel & Suites

Very convenient location

Our hotel room was extremely small, and the beds felt like box springs. Not to mention their was a party going on upstairs in the banquet hall that went until 3 in the morning. So no sleep from all the noise and bad beds. The pool and jacuzzi was filthy. The hotel was also hard to find as it is inside a shopping mall on the top floor.
