Excelente atención
Pros:

Hice una reserva para el año 2026 pensando que era para el 2025 y cuando llegamos con mi madre nos enteramos del error que hice en la reserva. Llegamos a media noche y la atención del recepcionista fue excelente, nos dejo quedar en una habitación más grande hasta que pudieran darnos la habitación que había reservado. El desayuno muy bueno con comida típica y la piscina pequeña pero excelente para el calor que hace.

Cons:

Solo limpiaron la habitación un día y tuvimos que pedir toallas porque nadie las cambiaba.

La piscina,el desayuno y las instalaciones en general

Cons:

los precios del restaurante,600 dirham por 1 agua y 1 hawai .
La ubicación está lejos de la medina pero lo elegí por eso para tener tranquilidad

Incroyable , j’y retournerai !
Pros:

Le personnel était super agréable et à l’écoute , belle petite piscine, la décoration de l’hôtel est magnifique, les lits sont géants et confortables.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol il n’y avait pas de sèche cheveux

Not recommend any more , I was visiting for 10 years this hotel and every year is more dirty…. Staff is really good they
