Établissement de passage.
Pas de TPE pour payer au moment où nous y étions.

La rue est bruyante
Le café le matin n’est pas top,du thé a la menthe aurait été un plus au petit dej

A part le personnel vraiment sympa le reste pas trop, le petit déjeuner qui commence à 7 heure c est un peu trop tard po
Pros:

L emplacement, pas loin de la gar et la la route pour aller à l eoroport

Cons:

Dans la chambre aucun moyen de communication avec la réception et la télévision aucune chaîne ineressante

Pros:

L'emplacement est sympa, la décoration de l'hôtel est typique et jolie. Le séjour était agréable, le personnel est arrangeant et à l'écoute.

Cons:

On a malheureusement dû changer de chambre car la clim ne fonctionnait pas, et dans cette nouvelle chambre le frigo n'était pas froid, on a dû l'allumer et attendre qu'il refroidisse. De plus, la piscine fermait à 18h, ce qui ne permet pas de décompresser dans l'eau après une longue journée. Il serait intéressant de l'ouvrir plus tard. Etant tombé sur d'autres riads, hotels au maroc, on peut avoir plus flexible et intéressant pour moins cher. C'est surtout l'emplacement qui est intéressant.

Miriam the receptionist was really lovely! Great customer service and very attentive!

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep as someone from the staff was banging on a door lock for at least 2 hours to unlock a door! The time was 21:45 pm! I had an early flight to catch

Un séjour très agréable, porté par un personnel aux petits soins
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel. Ma femme et moi avons également profité du hammam avec gommage et massage, un moment merveilleux qui restera un des points forts de notre séjour.
Un petit exemple parmi d'autres montrant la qualité du service : lors du petit-déjeuner, le buffet était un peu dégarni à notre arrivée, mais le personnel s'en est aussitôt aperçu, nous a demandé ce que nous souhaitions, et est allé nous le chercher sans attendre. Ce genre d'attention fait vraiment la différence !
Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme : 10/10.
