今回神保町への出張がありこちらに宿泊しましたが、今後、都内であればあえてこちらに宿をとりたいと思うほど快適でした。
Pros:

朝食が道行く人を見ながらとれるという点にとても価値を感じました。
また、施設の清潔さ、快適さ、システム（清掃やタオルの取り換えなど無駄がない）がとてもよかったです。

Cons:

良くないということではないですが、要望です。小さい加湿器があるとよいかもしれません。冬季はとても乾燥しているので・・。

Very good hotel for the price!
Pros:

Staff is great! Helped me with everything and answered questions fast over this app. I arrived one day later without any problems, they fixed my room card in advance and everything!!!
Location is great!! Two stops away from shinjuku with the subway, and 4-5 to Shibuya. It's a busy business neighborhood that is filling up restaurants quickly! Make sure to book tables at restaurants in advance if you're two or more people. The breakfast is western and good, located at a cafe that is connected to the hotel.

Cons:

The laundry service was a bit complicated with a list and bags that you had to fill up.

・大通りから1本入ってるぶん夜は静か
・近くにコンビニがある
・武道館からも歩ける距離
・良くも悪くも普通

Cons:

一泊だけだったのとライブ参加後に寝る為だけにしか使ってないので悪い点は無し

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt und für ein Stadthotel mitten in Tokio alles gut.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil, man kommt sich nicht vor wie in einer Millionenmetropole. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer größer ist, wie in Japan üblich, nicht gerade ausladend, aber völlig ausreichend. Zu erwähnen wäre noch die hervorragende Lage zu U-Bahn-Station und Restaurants/Cafés in der Nähe.
