Friendly
Pros:

We had a very nice room and the hotel and casino staff are friendly. We wish we could stay longer. Food is excellent too, especially the cinnamon rolls.

Very nice
Pros:

Stayed at the resort for a family memorial service. The staff went above and beyond to assist the family during a difficult time. They even offered a discount code for people traveling for the event.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff and overall service, excellent. Thank you

Cons:

Die ganze Zeit war eine ziemlich laute Belüftungsanlage zu hören, das war störend in der Nacht. Klimaanlage hatten wir ausgemacht, da diese auf Betthöhe auch ziemlich stark und unangenehm war.

Facilities nice & modern, decently clean, staff very nice, friendly, and accommodating. King bed in (solo) room was way too soft/cushy for my particular comfort ... but others did not report any similar issues, so likely just related to my own preferences.

Blue Lake Casino Hotel Visit
Pros:

Incredible clean rooms, friendly staff, and amazing food options. I went to Alice's restaurant for burger night, and the options were more than exciting. The burger was cooked perfectly with a pleasant taste. Best of all, we were surprised by Trivia night, which usually happens every other Tuesday. I just happened to be there at the right time. I highly recommend staying at Blue Lake Casino Hotel. I sure will be.
