뒷편에 상가들이 가까워서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

기차역 옆이라 그런지 기차소리가 운치있게 들리기도하고 시끄럽기도하고 그랬습니다.
조식이 조금 아쉬웠어요.

Good luck you stay in a cooler room
Pros:

I love its location, where it’s easy to access variety of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

My room is unbelievably warm, it made the worst of my trip in Osaka, it is very suffocated. However, I appreciate the staff bring me a fan to help me survive in two nights. I know that not all the room have the air con issue, so it all depends on your luck.

Excellent location with very helpful staff.
Pros:

We arrived early and were able to leave our bags locked away until check in time. Staff didn't have any tube maps in English & as we were reaching the lift, the staff we asked before came to us with one that he had obviously downloaded and printed for us.

Cons:

Mainly the size of the room. Very little space between the walls in the bedroom and the bed.

ちょっと割高だった。
Pros:

受付スタッフは親切

Cons:

チェックアウトが12時までのため寝てたら、清掃スタッフの方の声で起こされた。隣の部屋の掃除の音など、もう少し静かにやって欲しい。「起こさないでください」という札をドアに貼ってないと、勝手にあけられる。チェックアウト済みの部屋などデータで確認しながら清掃開始した方がいいと思った。わざわざドアを3回ノックして3回挨拶するのを繰り返すより効率いいし、その声で起こされることもない。
