Personal top, Hotel gut, jedoch eine grenwertige Lage!

Das Personal war sehr nett!

Cons:

Leider die Lage! Vor dem Hotel sehr viele Obdachlose. Man hat sich draußen vor dem Hotel nicht sicher gefühlt.

La gentilezza e l'educazione del personale veramente eccezionale: hanno cercato di soddisfare le ns esigenze e le ns preoccupazioni in maniera eccellente! Abbiamo apprezzato la promozione gratuita della camera superior più grande. Camera pulita e super accogliente. Sicuramente tornermo.

The hotel itself is well-run, and great value. The hotel had an elevator, a breakfast with eggs, the staff will bring you coffee and a panino, the room was comfortable, and everything worked.

The staff members are warm, friendly, and hospitable. They explain everything, and make good recommendations.

Cons:

After dark, one will notice that there are some drunks, druggies, roaming around. I didn't have any issues, but it did create a bit if anxiety. The hotel is near several tram and bus stops, and the entrance faces the main street. During the day time, everything is fine.

Il personale era gentile,, disponibile e ci han fatto sentire degli habitué. Camere silenziose , letto molto comodo, abbiamo apprezzato le due bottigliette d'acqua.

Cons:

La colazione era praticamente solo dolce, mancava tutta la parte salata, c'erano solo uova sode, olive, piccoli salamini quelli usati per gli aperitivi.

Séjour parfait : personnel adorable, chambre cosy, excellent petit-déjeuner et parking privé
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, toujours disponible et prêt à aider ou à s’adapter à nos demandes, ce qui rend l’expérience particulièrement agréable.
La chambre était impeccablement propre, très calme et vraiment cosy. Le lit était également très confortable, idéal pour une bonne nuit de repos.
Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai point fort : varié, savoureux, et les boissons chaudes préparées directement par l’équipe sont absolument délicieuses.
Un autre avantage appréciable : il est possible de réserver à l’avance une place de parking privée, ce qui est très pratique lorsque l’on voyage en voiture.
Un séjour que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Séjour agréable proche du centre de Turin
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins et très serviable. Possibilité de réserver un garage sécurisé au pied de l' hotel ( recommendé). Situation en face d'une station de tram, rendant le centre est accessible en 10 minutes.

Cons:

Capacité du mobilier un peu limitée (juste une armoire et une table de nuit), une commode supplémentaire pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits serait bienvenue.

Le camere sono pulite e ristrutturate.

La posizione, Sicuramente strategica per arrivare in centro essendoci il tram a soli due passi, ma il quartiere non ci ha fatto sentire al sicuro.
Da migliorare anche la colazione. Poca scelta, mancanza di prodotti senza lattosio o senza glutine.
