The receptionist was helpful. Didn't really help though.

Cons:

The hotel is located in one of the most dangerous and disgusting-looking places in the whole of Europe. We arrived at night and were afraid to leave the car. We didn't even check into the hotel. The hotel didn't return us any money ofc.

Pros:

Super kind and friendly staffs. Cleaned and organized room. We satisfied breakfast.

Cons:

In the hotel area, there seemed to be a lot of African/ middle eastern immigrants and some of them were screaming, plus the roads were dirty. Just be careful! But again, the property itself is fantastic/excellent level, scoring 10!!

Super 👍 Personal und gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal… wir wurden direkt empfangen und uns wurde die Einfahrt in den Hof geöffnet. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Leider ist die Umgebung nicht entsprechend dem Niveau des sehr guten Hotel.

Es gab keinen negative Punkt die das Hotel betrifft.

Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. La camera, che ci hanno aggiornato con una migliore gratuitamente, era pulitissima e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Parcheggio agevole. Ci siamo spostati con il tram e la posizione dell'hotel è vicina al centro, ci si può andare tranquillamente anche a piedi.

Buona soluzione a Torino!
Pros:

Gentilezza dello staff, colazione ottima servita in una deliziosa saletta, posizione con ottimi collegamenti per il centro di Torino (tram che passa ogni 5 minuti).
Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente davanti alla struttura.

Cons:

Zona di Torino un po' periferica e con alta presenza di persone extracomunitarie e di locali e ristoranti gestiti da stranieri, ma apparentemente sicura.
