Super 👍 Personal und gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal… wir wurden direkt empfangen und uns wurde die Einfahrt in den Hof geöffnet. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Leider ist die Umgebung nicht entsprechend dem Niveau des sehr guten Hotel.

Cons:

Es gab keinen negative Punkt die das Hotel betrifft.

Un peu déçue par la chambre et l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans un quartier sale et qui se popérise.

Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. La camera, che ci hanno aggiornato con una migliore gratuitamente, era pulitissima e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Parcheggio agevole. Ci siamo spostati con il tram e la posizione dell'hotel è vicina al centro, ci si può andare tranquillamente anche a piedi.

Buona soluzione a Torino!
Pros:

Gentilezza dello staff, colazione ottima servita in una deliziosa saletta, posizione con ottimi collegamenti per il centro di Torino (tram che passa ogni 5 minuti).
Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente davanti alla struttura.

Cons:

Zona di Torino un po' periferica e con alta presenza di persone extracomunitarie e di locali e ristoranti gestiti da stranieri, ma apparentemente sicura.

Wyjątkowe miejsce!
Pros:

Hotel był świetny, przerósł wszystkie oczekiwania. Śniadanie jest bardzo smaczne - trochę słonych przekąsek, cornetto, owoce i dobra kawa. Pokoje są czyste, klimatyzowane i przestronne. Najmilszym zaskoczeniem była obsługa - bardzo miłe osoby, wszyscy byli bardzo pomocni. Lokalizacja jest dobra, przystanek tramwajowy znajduje się po drugiej stronie placu przed hotelem (do centrum jedzie się niecałe 10 minut, tramwaje kursują bardzo często). W pobliżu są też dwa supermarkety, kawiarnie i restauracje.

Struttura lontana dal centro anche se vicina alle fermate del tram purtroppo sempre superaffollato. Area antistante all'hotel degradata.

Hotel delizioso in quartiere poco lontano dal centro città raggiungibile comodamente con i mezzi. All’arrivo ci è stato proposto un upgrade di camera allo stesso prezzo..gesto molto apprezzato. La camera molto carina e dettagli curati .Lo staff super cortese e smart!Colazione buona e varia tra dolce e salato. L’hotel ha a disposizione dei box per l’auto anche se nei dintorni facilmente si trova posto.Presente anche un terrazzino arredato e curato con fiori per una bella atmosfera di relax. Di sicuro lo consiglio e ci tornerei. ☺️

Pros:

Posizione ottima, possibilità di parcheggio in garage della struttura, cortesia e preparazione del personale in particolare alla reception la ragazza.

Cons:

Servirebbe una maggior cura nel bagno.
la zona non è delle migliori di fronte all'albergo c'è un mini parco frequentati da persone "discutibili" che però sono innocue e che di contro garantiscono che il parcheggio libero sia sempre disponibile... In sintesi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema lasciando la macchina fuori di fronte all' hotel, ma per qualcuno potrebbe risultare un problema
