Pros:

Nice Hotel, simple but very clean. The staff was professional.
Very good hotel for the money you pay.

Cons:

It's not one of the best area of Turin, however we can't complain for the money we pay

The carpark is in a closed area

I honestly do not recommend staying in this hotel. There is a drug problem in this district. Just in front of the hotel is a big place where people take drugs publicly in broad daylight. People around the hotel also take drugs and everything is dirty with injections and faces!

I booked 3 nights but after arrival and after this shock i decide to leave!

So i talked to the hotel if we can manage this by doing a free refund request over the booking app, but they are denying!

The hotel is aware of this problematic situation around the hotel but don't mention this in booking.

Anyway I left without getting a refund.

After one day they called me to propose a solution. They want me to Transfer more money! After this they would accept my booking.com refund request.

This is just dubious and unprofessional. I don't know what they're trying to do. It looked like a fraud to me. Watch out!!

I also try to report this to booking.com but there is no chance to do this kind of request. Why?

La camera era pulitissima e completa di tutto il necessario..buona colazione italiana . Personale eccellente , il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check-in mi ha fornito con estrema gentilezza tutte le informazioni e i consigli di cui avevo bisogno..la ragazza della colazione è meravigliosa. Sorridente e gentilissima . L unica pecca è che la zona purtroppo non è proprio uno dei quartieri migliori. , ma ha comunque la comodità della fermata del bus proprio davanti all hotel.

L'accueil reçu par le personnel, le confort du lit et de la chambre, le parking à disposition, la proximité des transports.

Cons:

Le quartier ne semble pas rassurant.
Le petit déjeuner était très sucré. Peu de choix d'aliments salés.

Un plauso particolare alle ragazze della colazione e della reception
Pros:

Comodo il parcheggio dentro l'albergo. Comoda la stanza con buona dotazione di cuscini e coperte. Il personale alla reception ed addetto alla colazione estremamente gentile e disponibile anche oltre ai loro normali compiti. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Migliorabile la parte salata.

Cons:

Purtroppo la posizione è in un quartiere molto degradato che non invita a passeggiate fuori dalla struttura. La camera che dava sulla strada principale non era insonorizzata .
