Warm Welcome at a Hidden Gem
Pros:

We spent a few nights at the Coast Hillcrest and honestly had a wonderful time. From the outside it looks a little dated, but the moment we walked in we got such a warm welcome. The staff are truly the stars here, and Sabrina in particular really stood out for us. Breakfast was excellent and the service was fantastic too. We stayed in the Coast Premium King Loft Suite, which was very spacious for our family of four. Sure, it looks a bit dated inside, but nothing that bothered us, and the view from our room was absolutely gorgous. The one thing they could improve is the AC, it sounded like a truck when it was running, so we couldn't really use it at night, and it wasn't the most effective anyway. I would happily stay in that room again, just ideally not on a very scorching hot day. Overall, the staff are what make this hotel so special.

Very average hotel stay
Pros:

Location was nice. Just outside the town. Patio view was amazing. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Bulk heads in the room were head killers. Over priced for such a basic room. Hot tub was broken

A beautiful and relaxing stay with amazing views and a great atmosphere.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the stunning mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and relaxing hot tub area. The location was also great for exploring Revelstoke.

Cons:

Everything was great overall. We didn’t have any major issues during our stay.

Pros:

We stay for a few nights at Hillcrest. From the outside it looks a tad dated. But I found a warm reception when we arrived. I think the staff where the stars in this place, with Sabrina being a standout for us.
Breakfast was excellent and the service was awesome here too.
