The buffet style and the ambience of the dinning area. Limited choice of foods and high costs dampen our appetite for food in the hotel

It was awfull, screaming loud music everyday until 3 am, you cannot rest in this hotel…
When you choose a hotel be carefull, this was a nightmare.
The room as riped curtains, unnecessary…

I had another wonderful 5-star stay at the Guyana Marriott. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and the food on the Executive Level was excellent. The only downside is that the pool gate access to the beach and seawall stroll is closed, although I understand it is for safety reasons. I have been coming to this hotel regularly for the past 11 years, since it first opened, and I look forward to visiting again very soon.

I really would like to write incredible review but I am unable to do so. This Marriott is struggling to maintain its rooms up to the Marriott Standard. My electronic door lock did not work twice, even though I was told it was faced. I had to be moved to another room and the new room had a faulty air conditioner. So, I had to be moved again.

Additionally, even though I was told about the noise from the public beach, the noise was terrible. Even at 11pm on Saturday evening, the noise can be easily heard. So, if you are desiring a healthy night sleep, then do not stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed the restaurant and the food. The Executive Lounge is nice and food is good. The team that serves in the Executive Lounge are excellent.

Central and clean

Property was clean, staff was welcoming and friendly (exceptional customer service). It was convenient to have a taxi service available at the property. Food was quite delicious!

This has truly been the finest hotel stay I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. While the entire staff provided extraordinary service, I would like to personally recognize several individuals who went above and beyond to make my visit seamless and memorable.
• The Executive Lounge Team: A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Shalini and the entire crew—Juliana, Julio, Shenia, Chef Amanda, Chef Hector, and Chef Pualana. Your hospitality was world-class.
• Bar & Pool Restaurant: Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Suhani, thank you for the wonderful service and attention to detail.
• Reception Desk: Reception & Guest Relations: A massive thank you to Ms. Sandi and Ms. Oslyn. Over the course of my two-month stay, they went far beyond just handling a "painless" check-in and check-out. They consistently went out of their way to ensure my team and I always felt at home, treating us with a level of care that turned a long hotel stay into a true community experience. Along with Ms. Devina, they made every interaction effortless and welcoming
• Housekeeping: A special shout-out to Ms. Princess on the 5th and 8th floors for ensuring my room was always impeccably clean.
• Management: To the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Naresh, thank you for your grace and understanding regarding the "corkage fee"—it was much appreciated!
To anyone I may have missed, please know that your hard work did not go unnoticed. This was a truly amazing experience, and I am already looking forward to my next return.
