Didn’t like the accommodation at all asked to cancel manager agreed then reneged on agreement don’t book at this place it is completely badly run and unaccommodating.

Nice enough hotel just a bit too loud through the night.

The room not comfort. The most important is the room totally different with what was they publish. Totally bad experience, first day i check in i already manage to checkout and fine another hotel. BAD!

Pros: Receptionist was very nice and helpful.
The location is very good if you’re interested in the drag shows or gay nightlife. There’s literally a show performed on the street in front of the hotel.
The beach, bangla street, and the large shopping mall are all about a 5 min walk away.

Cons: Unfortunately this hotel has aged quite a bit since the photos and doesn’t look very inviting. The building and room seemed a little run down and are due for some refurbishment. My room even had a small hole in the drywall.
There is no separation of toilet and shower, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet.
You can hear the music from the bars below.

The clubs play loud music until 4 am every night and there's no elevator

Expedia Address and phone number Hotel were not correct at all a km away , took hours to locate the hotel, even google search for hotel phone number was out of date, wifi 2/10, toilets smell really awful, not suitable for families with children or straight people. Definitely will not back again

Good point that it is close to Bangla Road. You get what you pay.

Didn’t stay overnight as I had to catch the late flight. The room is basic with fan and aircon. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean. It is close to the famous Bangla Road and the beach. It is also in the middle of the cabaret shows so it could be a bit too much for some.
Overal, it is good value.

I stayed here for two weeks, was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The manager an staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

It was just adequate for us. Clean and comfy.
A lil bit hike up to the room, but was fine for us (4 youngsters).
Location is perfect as t's just 5 minutes work to Bangla road and 10mins to Patong Beach. (where the fun are)

This is a basic hotel and do not expect to much for the money you pay. But if you want a bed and comfort then this hotel is for you. Basic but reasonable.

Well established hotel on main gay street, very helpful and friendly receptionist. Some rooms could do with updating though, especally the electrical sockets and door locks

No matter how discounted the hotel is, it is way overpriced.

used as a base in Phuket electric lights in stairways not safe

I stayed for 4 days with my family (2 boys) and I did not know that hotel is catered for gays and I got 2 boys which made us very uncomfortable.
Every night got loud music played until 2-3 am in the morning.
The staffs were nice especially the cleaning lady. Internet is okay as well.
The location is close to Patong beach.
For family, I suggest to find other place than this.

David, was a bit cranky and the food service was from another venue. The back stairway area was very musty smelling and lighting was poor, motion sensors for 15 seconds made the stairs very cautious traveling...Not a rebooking for this place...
