Everything was perfect , and this is not my first time staying at this hotel it was my second time .

I love the vibes , staff , specially Gokhan is an amazing person , warm , and very polite.

This hotel was delightful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - they made a real impact on my stay. They went above and beyond to be sure that I enjoyed my time here. I had one of the smaller rooms and yet it was extremely comfortable and attractive. The breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy choices (and indulgences too if that’s what you prefer). The location was perfect - close to so many things and yet peaceful and quiet itself. This is definitely where I will stay next time I travel to Istanbul and would recommend it to anyone!

My elderly mother and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the hotel excels in accessibility and maintaining a quiet atmosphere, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. I have mixed feelings about recommending it for travelers with elderly parents. The main challenge was access - roads are blocked to cars during daytime hours, requiring us to walk a block or two while carrying our luggage to reach the hotel. However, the staff kindly came to assist us once they knew we were heading their way. Additionally, while the sliding shower doors would likely be fine for most guests, they weren't stable enough for elderly visitors to safely hold onto for support.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet, which made for a restful retreat after full days of exploring. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old city and within easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, as well as countless restaurants and shops.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The tours they organized for us were top-notch—well-planned, informative, and seamless from start to finish.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul—it made our trip that much more enjoyable!

Tremendous stay here. We were here just one night and were terribly sad not to stay here longer. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is gorgeous with beautiful decor and excellent attention to detail. Bathroom with plenty of hooks and good shower water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Room was so pleasant to just be in. Comprehensive and delicious breakfast. Easy to walk to major sites. Could not recommend this hotel more!!

We love our 5 days in Istanbul. Very quiet hotel and rooms! So clean.
Close to so many restaurants. We felt safe walking around late at night. The gym was ok (underground, not big and no windows but there was enough to workout).

For 6 day stay breakfast was limited. Basically always the same. Did not like the coffee. If you pay you can have a better coffee.
Lift was broken for 2 days.

The location is great for shopping. The bathroom has a bad smell like a sewage. No a/c because is winter and opening the windows you feel the cigarettes from people smocking behind the building or the noise of cats, etc. the brekfast was minimun and the service was not attentive.
