To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest. This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out.
Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM.

Whoever is on customer service at this place is a thief.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! The biggest SCAM I have ever encountered. I never even made it to the hotel. 1st you have to do their stupid WhatsApp’s check in where you are sending them your details including ID and indirectly giving them your credit card details (which wasn’t the scam but feels very scary to give up online), and failing to do this will result in an extra fee I think maybe £50 from memory. 2nd after doing all of this and then paying an additional fee to do their WhatsApp check in about £5 per guest, they called me within the same minute of completing this to tell me they did not have space for me, 36 hours away from the check in time, mind you they would have know they had no space when they were asking me to do this check in. They just MAKE SURE they get some money of you first.
The woman who spoke to me on the phone to tell me she didn’t have room was not apologetic at all, the first sign of their limited, rude and appalling customer service. She did however admit the full refund of the room + cleaning fee + check in fee would be refunded. To which after over a week I still had not received my refund nor any communication from them. I texted and called many times to which they said they would get onto it. It then took another 2 days where they would text one question (eg. what’s the name you booked under) and I would reply under the minute, and they would go silent for 2 hrs before the next question. MIND YOU they could find all the details of my booking after just my name. THIS IS THEIR SCAM OF WAITING UNTIL YOU GET FED UP. Eventually booking.com refunded the room.
Within my communications with the hotel I had been HUNG UP ON FOUR TIMES, IGNORED, MY TEXTS LEFT ON READ, and possibly MY NUMBER BLOCKED, I only could still get through after removing caller ID.
Clean room
Felt unsafe. Other guests swearing, arguing and vomiting on the landing at 2am, no response from staff on the reception phone number. Had to put the chair against the door and still couldn't sleep.

Difficult to contact the hotel and no clear instructions for entry.
It's close to the beach
-Photos very deceiving.
-Paid for balcony room to be told there wasn't any and placed in the basement - outdoor court was included but filthy.
-Had to pay an extra fee
-Check in was via Whatsapp (had to send a photo of ID, which is not safe)
-No bins in room, signs stating to take rubbish to outside bins.
Unfortunately I didn't get to like anything because they wouldn't let me check in They're out on WhatsApp just get repeating itself I kept trying to check in for 6 hours then I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one because I didn't read the proper procedures even though I've read all the procedures and already paid extra on top and sent a photograph of my passport which I really didn't want to do breaching everything that I stand for I've never had to go through this sort of experience before and this place is shut down don't ever stay there they're a bunch of scammers
Everything because they're actually a bunch of AI robots you can't even get any information from nobody comes back and speaks to you in a normal human voice I have to complain try to ask for a refund a they told me I couldn't have one because I haven't read the proper instructions even though I've read everything from the register to sign in couldn't have one because I didn't read absolutely disgraceful behaviour and I will barely reveal them to everybody I possibly see ever
Nothing. I'm still waiting to hear about the refund... The place was not as pictured. Instead of having a window looking out to the sea and fresh air pouring in, I was in a basement with a strong smell of mould. I asked about changing rooms, but they're concierge is a robot and didn't respond to me. It is seemingly only capable of asking repeatedly for a registration fee which must also be illegal.
Everything. Notably, the bed was on an angle, the floor was dirty, and the place stunk of mold. Also, the concierge is a robot who only knows how to ask you for money over and over again during the registration process.

They tried to levy well hidden stealth charges for checking in only minutes after booking and paying up front. They have lots of sly ways to charge you extras for nothing. Just a con. Rooms are reported as not being represented accurately by photos on line so I decided I did not want to continue. I tried to cancel but they kept my money, so I had to claim it back through using a Credit Card dispute. I sincerely suggest you give it a miss. Clearly not a good bet if I were you!

The checking in process is absolutely atrocious. We were at the hotel for over an hour before we could successfully get in our room. Customer care was awful AND I was charged twice for Insurence. My girlfriend was also charged. This said, the Insurence was a hidden payment. Absolutely ridiculous
Once you check in with them via WhatsApp they don’t answer any requests.I sent them a message that I’m allergic to dust and I want a clean room.I was disappointed to find dust everywhere.I couldn’t sleep because I could hear absolutely everything what was going on in the corridor and the next door.Safety is very poor,we couldn’t leave our belongings in the room which was even written in the room itself.
