In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply.

To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest. This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out.

Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM.

A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.

Kettle, tea and coffee, microwave and fridge. There was a little private courtyard which was nice.

Cons:

The heating was broken and there was no response when I messaged about it.
The check in service was near impossible to use and it wasn't possible to speak to a real person despite my trying every contact I could find.

Ended up not going, they wanted personal details over what's up, unable to check in due to complicated way they have implemented. I would simply avoid and go for holiday inn or something similar where customer service does actually exist.

The room was like a jail not described or as shown in pictures. 2 towels between 4 people. Beds were hard a wood. Pillows as flat as a pancake. Filthy rooms and bathroom. One bed was under stairs which clearly used to be a cupboard and could feel people walking over my head. Extra hidden fees before you stay. Awful check in system. Would’ve refused to stay and demanded a refund, but the stay was non refundable. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The only reliable thing about the place is the WiFi.

The place is just not to a good standard
It’s not clean at all.
It’s dusty, the carpets are dirty, doors and walls are dirtt, no air conditioning, you can hear guests talking through walls, there are no staff members to assist you when you arrive or during the stay,the furniture is broken.

I asked for a porter to assist us with changing rooms, that did not happen, we moved on our own from one of the cramped rooms they had given us.

I don’t think it’s a child friendly place.

Horrible, read reviews, avoid and look for another place!

Everything. The pictures on the booking.com are deceitful and are misleading customers. The check in process is a nightmare, you are expected to send ID details/ photo and card photo via WhatsApp and you have to pay additional non refundable accidental waiver of £4.97 per person before you even get to the room. The hotel room I got was completely different to what is advertised on the website. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
