The location and the staff
The alarm keep going off the third and fourth day of our stay. Kids kept running up and down the hallway. There was no breakfast and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The laundry was also close.
The location wasn’t too bad.
I didn’t like everything! It was very outdated. Staff was rude and weird. there were never any towels available. requested a crib & the front desk lady asked me to call them later to get one sent to me. I had to call 3 times & she still tried to argue with me that I never called when I did. The water for the pool was freezing. So cold people were over crowding the hot tub with their babies! Would not recommend
Staff did nothing about quiet time. And spoke very little English. And only one pool was open
The check in time if the room is ready why we can't check in trying to get extra money just to check in early
The room was decent. But the people around us were very loud at all hours.
The fact that the pictures they display on this website and many other are FALSE! The pool with the basketball hoops is closed, the two “big” slides were okay. They did have a kiddie slide in there but that one was closed. I assume because of the horrible peeling paint. The water was cold ish but comfortable if the door was closed that you enter through but as soon as a big grip comes through it’s freezing. The hot tub was open on Saturday but closed on Sunday. The pool hours are at 9 am and the pool wasn’t open at 9 am. No towels were in there for over an hour.
I did not take any pictures of the pool area but I should’ve. Take my word for it though the pictures they show on this site and many others are false. They are either from when they first opened of heavily edited. If you are staying there to explore the rest of the Dells then it’s a deal. But if you plan on staying there because it looks like they have a big pool area and water park. Don’t. Also they have no staff in the pool area because people had their personal speakers blaring in there.

The size of the rooms
The hot tub wasn't working
Love the suite, extremely clean and comfortable. Darwin & Jimmy (Customer Service) were so gracious in helping us check in. They were so helpful and friendly!
The small water slides for a disabled child.
Where do I start? We stayed here years ago and it was great! This time, disgusting. Everything stinks. I had to go get allergy and cold meds cause the air quality in there is horrible I thought I was sick. It’s mold. The Tv didn’t work. We went to get it replaced. I had to wait all night due to the front desk being the only employee supposedly. I had to go back to the front desk the next morning, they don’t answer the phone. They had no clue I needed a new tv. All they saw was 20 dollars off my stay. Then the maintenance man didn’t speak English. Lucky for me I speak some Spanish and we communicated. The ice machines on all floors don’t work. They have build up and nasty green stuff dripping out of the sides. The staff stuck garbage cans in front of it trying to hide the nasty grime and mold. All of the elevators had nasty grease prints all over. Then after paying for a late check out, they show up at my door at ten AM telling me I had to leave. …. I told them late check out at 1pm paid for. And of course the two maids don’t speak a word of English. ( no biggie) but they call front desk. And all of a sudden I get a phone call. (So now they can use the phone) and I’m told there is no record of my late check out request. ( I spoke to someone before we arrived, and then like I said when we checked in) so they tell me they have to take the 30 dollars from my 50 dollar deposit…… Here is the kicker. They deactivated my room keys shortly after. So my wife and daughter get stuck outside with coffee and lunch while I’m in the shower. It’s freezing out. Like 30 degrees. … Ultimately, I want people to know, my uncle and daughter are both Mexican. So this is where I may sound prejudice to some, but this is not a direct attack at anyone. This place is run by Mexicans that don’t speak English. We are also positive the staff lives in the hotel. Hopping from room to room. They all have different WiFi accounts.
