The kids like swimming in the hot tub
It seems to have taken a step back since I 1st started coming here, since the 90s i believe. I wanted to give my kids the experience I had when I came as a child. As in hallways not on or working, ice machine was always empty
We liked the large whirlpool tub in our room.
Three separate pool options but no complimentary breakfast??
Bed wasn't the most comfortable.
This hotel could be so nice, if the staff wasnt so bad.
The first night there I was stung by a wasp right by my eye, and didnt think much of it. The next morning my niece was stung 3 times, one of my nephews 2 times, and my other nephew once all in the matter of 10 minutes. I found six wasp nests under the first floor balconies by door 4. I went to the front desk to report it. The staff showed no interest about the childrens well being, and just told me someone was taking care of it. That was Monday afternoon. Well, I left today, Thursday, and all the wasp nest were still there. I went to the front desk Tuesday and Wednesday morning to ask what was being done, and to ask for towels and toilet paper, because they were never replaced for a suite containing 8 people! I was told some story that they called emergency exterminators, but that was a lie. They show that they offer free passes to Mt. Olympus and Noah's Ark with a 2 night stay in their photos, but thats a lie. Also, the out door pool was "closed" for our whole stay even though the pools were open and the water was crystal clear. The indoor pool by the front desk was about 70° and way too cold to enjoy. Half of my face was swollen up like a balloon for my entire trip from being stung, not to mention the kids, and I was never asked how we were doing or offered an apology. This place and staff really pissed me off, and I never make complaints about anything. STAY AWAY!!!
Location
Kids running in the hallway , pool closed outdoors
The Water Kingdom was nice.
The staff failed at every opportunity they had to help me or make my stay decent. I wasnt asking for much, just to give us clean towels and toilet paper, to take care of the wasp nest (after between my niece, nephews and I were stung 7 times), to honor the free passes they clearing offer with a 2 night stay, and to maybe see how we were doing after being stung so many times by door 4 all in a 12 hour period. My niece was stung 3 times, one of my nephew twice, my other nephew once, and I was stung once. All the kids were under 10 years old. I went back every morning asking what was being done about the 6 wasps nest under the first floor balconies by door 4, and I was told they called "emergency exterminators"! That was Monday morning... all the nests were still there this morning (Thursday) when I left.
The out door pools were closed for our whole stay, and we were never offered an explanation why. The pools were open, filled, the water was crystal clear, and it was 90°+ every day, but there was signs saying the pools were closed everyday.
The indoor pool by the front desk was so ridiculously cold, the kids said their legs were going numb, and thats not an exaggeration!
The wifi was also garbage and didnt work at night.
I rented a suite and a double queen room, for my wife's family (12 people) and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper everyday.
I tried to show her family a nice week in the Dells, and this place made me feel embarrassed.
The location
It was nasty
The indoor Waterpark for my kids
Online says free Noah ark tickets and that's not true, and the outdoor pool didnt work the whole time we were there
None
Everything. room was dirty so was the pool bugs in the bed and room
I liked it especially when we forgot something in our room vauled over $300.00 and it was returned to front desk . I want to give a shout out to Diana and Martha for their honesty. It was greatly appreciated 👏
Over all was good except outdoor swimming area was closed 😒
The property was in a good location loved the food next door and the staff was very hospitable.
The indoor/ outdoor pool was closed one of the beds was broken had it changed the 2nd night the fridge was broken and the balcony door didn’t work unless we completely slammed it
Nothing
2 of pools where not in service the pools on4th floor outdated my sliding glass door on patio you could hardly open there was some one else hair in drain gross 😝 for the money spend for two days I would not waste my money going back here. The pictures online are old this place need to be closed for season and due so major updates. Would never stay here again.
I like that it was close to everything. I think I would’ve liked it a lot more if the pool was actually open that’s why we went there.
They’re outdoor pool was closed. I kept saying it would be open tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow but tomorrow never came. We all had to share in that hotel one pool. The outside was close. The bar and the food were also close even though they said they open on Saturdays and Sundays.
The beds were extremely comfortable. Had a good nights sleep.
The day we checked in a sign was up saying the outdoor pool was closed. The woman at the desk said it would be open Friday. Checked out on Sunday still closed. The indoor part that was open needs TLC. You can see the orange moldy build up. The pool was dirty with stuff floating. Husband stepped on a rock in the pool. The room looked good but the bedroom door was dirty looked like someone wiped dirty hands on it. The glass on the fire place looked like someone let food explode on it. Carpets walking through the hotel had a bunch of bleach stains. The elevator was broken my elderly mother had to walk up and down three flights of stairs.
