Terrible
Cons:

This stay was so unsanitary and janky. Disgusting really. The pullout couch was not cleaned or ever changed, garbage and hair in the tub. Broken windows. Disgusting. The front desk staff was very snarky. I’ve recommended friends and family to NOT go there

Looking for a new place to stay when visiting dells multiple times a year now. Lost me as a customer. Sad because I like

Staff. Was threatened to have reservation canceled a day after we stayed already because I have 5 kids that wake up at 7:30am and move around so people below came up beating on my door disrespectful. Took it to the lobby and refused to find me a manager threatened to kick me out before finally moving my room. Which is ok but still rude. Lastly had a kids tablet come up missing from my room the day after this. camera at end of my hallway but lobby said can’t reach manager and only camera on lobby and 2nd floor and there wasn’t anything they could do.

The room was nice but for a family trip with kids wanting to swim I don’t recommend it for that.
Pros:

The whirlpool and cleanliness of the room and the staff were helpful and nice.

Cons:

The water park is extremely out dated and falling apart most slides were cracking and would scratch your kids up bad if they went down them as well as most things didn’t work.

El personal fue amable, un familiar se sentía mal en la noche y el hombre de seguridad nos regalo tylenol ya que no habia nada abierto ya a esas horas nos salvó la vida

Me hubiera gustado que pasarán a limpiar la habitación al menos aspirar en nuestra estancia, el indoor necesita su mantenimiento, pero no fue algo que me.hubiera molestado, y el Wi-Fi si es un estrés que se valla la señal a cada rato
