Dirty, outdated, the whirlpool wasnt working, outdoor pool was closed, run down and broken equipment in the aquatic center, filthy carpet and chairs, beds were worn out, lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Needs extensive updating, smells old and moldy and elevator reeked like Marijuana. Will never stay here again!!! Extremely disappointed

Probably won’t be staying here much more due to this. Which is upsetting because my kids love it.

We come here multiple times a year we love it usually.

Cons:

This last time we were threatened to be kicked out because I have 5 kids that woke up at 7:30am and were walking around our room doing kid stuff and neighbor below us came up pounding on door telling me to shut my kids up this n that. We go to lobby. The lobby threatened to have me removed because this other woman came to a kids hotel with no kids with her a expects it to be quiet 24/7

Our favorite hotel at the Dells!
Pros:

We loved the room and the deck, it was a very spacious room and comfortable beds and bedding. Staff was very attentive. The pools were warm and the kids loved it! Great location. We come here every year and its our favorite.

Cons:

Toilet was spraying when we entered room, one tv remote didn't work (maybe needed new batteries). We still had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return

Very nice but could use some changes for the better.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and nice. The pools were very warm. That was a plus. But they are in need of an upgrade. Paint is peeling and looks really bad. The hot tubs nice and hot but you weren’t allowed to turn them on. The web site says breakfast is included and that was a lie.

Cons:

The majority of the staff did not speak English. It was really hard to communicate with them.

Pros:

We liked the pool. They had multiple to pick from.

Cons:

The room felt wet. There was a room with caution tape out it. Beds were not comfortable. The feeling in the room was just not pleasant. We paid deposit and never got it back and we had no reason not to get it back.
