Staff are always lovely here. Not miserable like some places.
The staff on arrival were really pleasant and helpful, it was a very upbeat experience.
The hallways very clean and the room very comfortable.
The rooms were pretty spacious. The facilities had every sport under the sun and had walking trails to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was really good, loved having Frosties in the morning.
The staff at the entrance during our stay did not greet us as we passed by, but the gentleman and lady that checked us in were very nice and informative.
Excellent position for National Trust properties in the area.Easy walk into Marlow with many good places to eat & drink.Amazing value for money, breakfast was very good.
Could not fault anything.
The property wasn’t too far from the Marlow town centre.
The grounds was lovely.
I specifically chose the accommodation for the spa facility, only to find out it was closed.
Our room was freezing. We were provided with additional heating, but it didn’t make much difference.
I’m more disappointed about the facilities
Location, Staff and value for money were excellent. Breakfast was great
Only a small issue but the radiaator in the room, when switched on, made a noise so we couldnt have it on overnight - but it wasnt a huge issue - we were in room 11
Big breakfast choice
Amazing gym on site
Cleaner came into my locked room at 6:30am
Shower stuck on 38 degrees, so scolding hot
Cafe onsite only serves pizza for dinner, which is odd considering it's a top sports facility
Advertised as king bed, but just 2 pushed together so you have a ridge you can't sleep on
This was a no nonsense, well priced option close to Marlow. Very clean
The heating in the room was ina timer which was difficult to over ride!
Everything we wanted. A convenient rendezvous point to meet up with some friends for an inexpensive but very comfortable overnight. The grounds are lovely and the accommodation exactly what it says on the tin. Great sports facilities and interesting to see elite young athletes honing their skills.
Everything was fine and exactly what we expected.
Convenient location and lovely grounds
Gym closed earlier on weekends and breakfast was later, neither of which suited me (but the times were clearly published)
The facilities and price
There was no bar or eatery
Everything was very good, quiet, clean, beautiful location and delicious breakfast
Nothing
Easy to find location. Nice venue. Easy check-in process. Comfortable room with great breakfast.
Fire door on the bathroom slightly annoying as caused it to slam so was noisy. No facilities for evening meal option. Room was quite cold but there was heater which I didn't use as arrived late.
I liked the uniqueness of being in the National Sports Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean and quiet.
Maybe more hooks on the doors in the room
Twin beds
Sports facilities possibly good but not tested.
Breakfast. Lovely lady Kiki?
Accessible room. Beds and all facilities dropped in height. Not suitable with back problems.
Room smelt damp. Found patch on carpet possibly from bathroom or other ingress.
