A winner that we return to every year
Pros:

Perfect spot for Marlow and Henley but without the in town hassle. Simple rooms but lovely grounds and you have use of the gym. Parking on site too

Superb included breakfast, beautiful setting.

Cons:

Our room although comfortable was rather tatty and right near a delivery point so very noisy early morning!!! We have had this room before (room6) so we know it was not a one off for noise.
