All in all, a convenient and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

I felt very comfortable in the room. The bathroom was a good size. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I would’ve been happier if the room was dusted a little better before we arrived. Dust on chairs and bottom of fixtures.
The shower head really needs upgrading. The bathroom was beautiful other than that. .

So I am very disappointed the manager has still not called me back I was there for nothing more than an hour and the ceiling collapsed on my head the staff would not get a manager to come deal with the issue still until this day I am very disgusted by the way they are dealing with the situation I am in shock . The staff treated me like it was my fault tried not to give me a refund or accomodate me I can not believe the way I was treated and I am still waiting for the manager to get back to me it is unacceptable I will have to take further action at this point I was injured and treated like crap

Very happy I chose this inn. Definitely will choose this location again if I go back to that city.
Pros:

The bed was literally one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were perfect. The bathtub was fully sized and her armrests. The staff were super accommodating when I had to change my arrival time due to missing my first train. Everyone was extremely friendly in the room was gorgeous.

Cons:

It really isn’t an issue, but I didn’t have a good view from my room window.

It was perfect
Pros:

I did get to have breakfast or enjoy the room as much as I would ha e liked to as I was there for surgery. However the part of the stay was perfect and the staff was amazing and super nice and caring. I definitely would go there again for sure.
