Good for a staycation

Cons:

The room was too far from the reception and the gym
The cover of the hot tup in the gym was pretty heavy and annoying. I think it would be better to install a (partition) wall to separate the hot tup from the gym space if you are concerned about indoor humidity.
When I just let go of the room door, it didn't close properly and I heard a warning sound. So I had to push or pull hard on the door to make sure it closes all the way.

I'd do it again & recommend. Worth what we spent.
Pros:

What there was of brealfast was good. Room was clean & building was quiet. Close to the waterfront & old downtown. Staff friendly & allowed us a 12 noon checkin.

Cons:

Nothing real bad. We checked in on a Sunday & all resturant/pubs were closed.
