Pros:

Excellent location with walking distance from the station. Comfortable and compact maisonettes with useful and well-equiped kitchenette.

Beautiful facades but that's it

The room was clean. Free wine tasting for guests.

Cons:

Almost everything. My husband even wanted to leave and find somewhere else. Small room, Glass panel door that anyone could see in, it should state not disability friendly at all, TV crap as was internet. Room cramped, no teaspoons, cheap toiletries, Reception a guessing game where it was, we will not stay here again. Overpriced for what is was. I was not able to get back up and down the stairs so didn't go. I accept some responsibility regarding disability but it needs to be clearer that this is not disability friendly at all.

Great location, not good for families or elderly people due to steep stairs.
Pros:

Good location, close to shops, the vintage tram and restaurants.

Cons:

We had cold showers which isn’t good in winter. Rooms and bathrooms were smaller than we expected from the photos. It was noisy late into the night as smoking area is outside the bedrooms.
