Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό επί καθημερνής βάσεως.
Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο.

A bit disappointing overall

Great breakfast with a good variety of options.

Cons:

However, the reception experience was disappointing. We arrived late at night, and check-in took about 30 minutes because our Booking.com reservation couldn’t be found. It was eventually located only after I suggested searching by phone number, which worked immediately.

We were also asked to pay a deposit for minibar use, but after clarification, it turned out to be optional.

Additionally, while waiting, we witnessed another guest being assigned to an already occupied room, which was concerning.

Overall, the front desk felt disorganized, which is not what you would expect from a hotel of this level.

Good location, but overall the stay felt underwhelming and not good value for money. Service at reception was rather rigid (even during heavy rain they were unable to provide an umbrella), and breakfast facilities are quite basic — surprisingly no coffee machine. For the price, the hotel does not meet expectations.

For a short stay in Yerevan, a really good choice.
Pros:

Perfectly situated in the centre. Small, rather new and very clean. Very good restaurant at the hotel. Small breakfast but good. Room is small, but very functional, not missing anything.

Cons:

There is no hotel bar open at night if you want to have a drink before sleep.
