Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich stets bemüht. Der Pool war sauber, Fitnessstudio auch und das Essen war sehr gut. Klimaanlagen werden regelmäßig gewartet und haben super funktioniert. Es war auch sehr leise.

Cons:

Leider waren im Bad in der Dusche die Fugen an manchen Stellen etwas schwarz. Habe ich allerdings schon öfters auch in Deutschen Hotels gehabt. War aber wirklich nicht viel und es hat nicht muffig gerochen in den Zimmern.

Prima ccommodatie, maar toe aan een update.
Pros:

Er was voldoende personeel, allemaal vriendelijk. Er was voldoende keuze bij het ontbijt buffet. Diner kan in buffet vorm of a la carte, beide voldoende keuze. Beperkt aanbod in wijn per glas, import wijn was na het 1e glas niet meer beschikbaar.

Cons:

Kamers zijn gedateerd en ogen daardoor niet zo fris. Badkamer was op 1e gezicht schoon, maar vond later schimmel achter de wasbak. Vreemde (lekkage?) vlekken op rolgordijnen en lampenkappen. Inrichting is toe aan een update. In de kamer hing een rookmelder die iedere 10 seconde een zeer felle groene flits gaf. Heb daardoor met een slaapmasker moeten slapen.

Location and room size

Cons:

There was peculiar smell in the first room we were put in. After multiple requests from our end, we were finally moved to a different room which had same issue, so we gave up trying. Washroom door locked won’t work, AC had issues that got fixed later. Breakfast was okayish, on our first day we ordered an omelette and waited for 20 mins and followed up with staff multiple times and this when they were not busy at all. Check out was simple and quick and the reception staff was great
