breakfast was good, and stay was comfortable and smooth. location was okay, a 10-15min drive from main places in gurgaon, but overall worth the price, can go for it!

Cons:

the lobby outside the rooms could be better maintained, carpet felt a bit dirty.

Great experience at Hyatt Place
Pros:

It has been an excellent stay here at Hyatt Place. Especially thanking room cleaning services that we recieved from Seema ji and Pankaj ji. Both of them have been a treat and have helped us immensely during our short stay. We would love to come back again to this place just for the service they have provided us with.

Disappointing Stay: Outdated Rooms and Mediocre Service
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the brand's reputation or the premium price point.

​The Rooms

​The biggest issue is the state of the accommodations. The rooms feel incredibly outdated and are in desperate need of a total renovation. From the furnishings to the general décor, everything feels like it belongs to a different decade. When you are paying Hyatt prices, you expect a modern, crisp, and well-maintained environment; what I experienced felt tired and neglected.

​Dining & Service

​The breakfast service was average at best. While the selection was okay, the service lacked the efficiency and warmth you’d expect from a high-end hotel. It felt routine and uninspired, certainly not a "highlight of the day" experience.

​Value for Money

​The price point is simply not justified given the current condition of the property. There are several newer or better-maintained hotels in the Gurgaon area that offer much higher value for the same investment.

​Bottom Line: Unless this property undergoes a significant renovation, I would find it hard to recommend. It currently feels like a budget experience at a luxury price.
