Pros:

The lifeguard at the swimming pool taught me so well Mr Narendra, I always needed a floating wheel to help me but he taught me how to swim without it. Really loved the whole experience. Thank you Mr. Narendra and the whole team to make this experience so good!

hygiene & house keepimg issue
Pros:

cleanliness was a big drawback, staff were not to mark and was not disciplined,
we had stayed for 2 days and bth dates housekeeping forgot to keep basic towels in bathroom, toilets and beds had not been cleaned well,

The hotel staff at the reception check in were not very helpful . If you have a difficulty you can count on the hotel to NOT be of assistance .
Had shortage of towels in the bathroom - just 1 bath towel , no hand towels .
