Decent breakfast and the staff is usually helpful apart from the ones at Reception. the hotel is definitely not a 5 start - more like a 3 star.

Cons:

Building is old, rooms are dark and dingy..mould on the walls and the lamp shades and draws are old and filthy. Gym is almost non existent.. never saw the pool being cleaned. Loud staff and surrounding which makes the 'quiet' sign redundant! id look for somewhere else next time as this hotel either needs a complete re-wamp...or should be turned into a resident / commercial building at this rate!

Overall, not worth the premium for the brand name
Pros:

Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

We booked this property to be close to the airport however it was nearly a 30 min drive away. When I looked how I’d made this mistake, it was because the property claims to have an airport shuttle. They categorically do not, it’s a paid car service that’s twice the price of uber.

We splashed out on a Hyatt at the end of a longer trip. However the stay fell short of our expectations of the brand. I was served undercooked chicken at dinner (which was thankfully comped). Meanwhile the caesar salad came with olives and tomatoes (not on the menu), a dirty martini was made with Cointreau and sour mix and their (pricey) house white wine was Jacob’s creek Chardonnay. This may seem pernickety but we had expectations of what a stay at a Hyatt would be and this summed up why it failed to meet them.

The room was badly soundproofed and we were kept up by neighbours loudly playing music. The bathroom would also flood when you had a shower owing to a design fault.

Bathroom size small. Climbing bathtub for taking shower is very unsafe specially for Sr Citizen.

While booking I was given confirmation of King Size bed but room was having two queen size bed

To our heroes
Pros:

My stay was good due to Seema, who was very helpful. She kept making efforts making my stay very pleasant. I hardly do any as she assists me for everything. She is always available and goes above and beyond and provide elite services so hats off to seems.

All other staff members are great especially Vipin, Gaurav, Vivek, Pradeep, sahahi, Abbie, Giang, Mandeep, Harshi, Bharat etc. All of them work in the kitchen and Gaurav is in front office who is very easy to deal with and provides elite services where it made all the difference. Thank you to all the legends who were here at this time and you contributed to my stay. Love you all. You are all real heroes.
