Good Lift :))

The surrounding is excellent.

Room condition good and clean. Only downside, air cond. a bit noisy.

The bed was very comfortable. The WIFI was terrible, really bad connection. We had to go to Starbucks to use wifi.

Staff is helpful. Location is easy to find. The room guide menu is terrible. No English language how to expect people to read and understand.

Only russian TV-channels. Hotel is OK, there just arent much close by.

L'accueil est très cordial mais hyper long ! On aurait dit que c'était la 1ère fois qu'il avait une réservation via un site comme Hotels.com ! Bref, après une bon quart d'heure et un verre d'eau, on a enfin eu notre chambre. Les châssis de fenêtre permettaient de voir le jour, il faisait mortellement chaud et comme d'habitude, l'air co ne fonctionnait qu'avec la clef de la chambre. On a voulu se poser à la piscine mais les autres clients, majoritairement des hommes m'ont mise très mal à l'aise, je suis restée en tee-shirt ! Des lits de plage en bois sans aucun coussin, donc hyper dur et pas confortables ! Bref, n'y aller pas pour la piscine.

La plage n'est pas à coté mes seulement à dix minute en taxi Tuk Tuk collectives qui ne coût que la somme de dix bâts la monnaie local. L'avantage du lieux de cette hôtel c'est son calme loin des bruits
des rues bruyantes de mondes et à proximité de petits super marchés.

Good clean friendly yes spotlessly clean and 10 bht away from everything deffently stay again

The room was nice and clean. The staff was great! There was a misunderstanding that was my fault but the staff was still very nice to me, which helped me feel a little less embarrassed. They also found out how much we were paying for a taxi to get back to Bangkok and called a private driver for us that ended up saving us over 500 baht. I would definitely recommend this hotel due to how great the staff was.

On arrival we were greated with smiles and a much needed glass of iced water. First impressions were good and the hotel did not disappoint .
It is in a lovely peaceful setting, although just yards from a main road that is only a five minute drive to two beaches. A local bus is easy and cheap and takes you to lively walking street locations.
The staff were more than helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond for us, even helping us book a Cambodia trip and printing flight and hotel information for us.
We only had a few meals in the hotel but the food was fine and good choice. Although there was not a bar, just a fridge with beers and soft drinks, the prices were very fair and you could take your own wines and spirits if wanted.
Our original booking was for four nights but we extended to twelve and would definitely return.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice. Very clean and as advertised. Didn't have breakfast, so no comment about that.

Hotel is good very peaceful place nothing is too far from Hotel. Nice smiling staff including owner. But bacic things are missing in the room like in room safe and wardrobe for clothes. Water pressure is bit low.

It was pleasant staying in Wiz Hotel, It's near to Pattaya View, Big Buddha temple and walking street. Staff were generous and helpful. Nice breakfast, but nothing will be left after 9:30 am.
