Estancia tranquila, muy agradable
Pros:

Tranquilo, buena ubicación y el personal muy atento

Cons:

En general todo muy bien pero nos tocó en una cena que empezaron a recoger la comida antes del fin de horario

Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien me han encantado como para pasar más días. La habitación estaba muy bien y han tenido un buen detalle como dejarnos algo de cena cuando llegamos después de la hora de la cena y agua. La piscina estaba bastante bien.

Cons:

Podrían mejor la variedad de la comida del restaurante y ampliar el horario de la cena un poco ( la cena era hasta las 9 como más tarde para ir a cenar ) y el horario de la piscina ya que para estar en Lanzarote cerrar la piscina a las 18:00 considero que por lo menos en verano es muy temprano.

Pros:

La chambre de et grande.
L'hôtel est bien située

Cons:

L'emplacement de notre chambre, on voulait à l'étage.
Le manque d'informations sur la demi pension, il n'était pas marqué que les poissons même l'eau n'étais pas inclu.

At der var en terrasse hvor man kunne sole i fred og ro

Cons:

Gym’et var kun åbent fra 08-19. Der burde være åbent 24-7, idet der ikke var personale der alligevel.
Sikkert godt til familier som elsker buffet og at der er meget underholdning, men der var ingen ro nogen steder.

First family holiday with my 14 month old son, partner and parents. My partner and I have been here many times over 10 y
Pros:

Fantastic location near the airport, beach, shops, bars and resteraunts. Plenty of day and night time entertainment for all ages and resident groups. Spacious, always served quickly at bars and buffet, always able to get a sun bed and friendly staff. Room was lovely and cleaned as requested.

Cons:

My 14 month old son caught impetigo from the splash park.

Excellent Easter Stay
Pros:

The entertainment staff were amazing and catering staff fantastic very attentive, food was lovely . The cleaning staff went way and beyond to help us search for a lost teddy, which returned nice and clean to us.

For small kids, it has so much to offer- plenty of quality family time spent.

I liked the fact that it had so much to offer all within the one resort. The food was also fabulous.

It was a taxi ride to get to the popular amenities in puerto del carmen, I though it would be nearer

The hotel was good, but compared to other four-star hotels we have visited, we expected more.
Pros:

The apartments were clean, functional, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the complex feels somewhat dated and would benefit from renovation.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at reception, where every request was handled promptly.

The reasonably priced car rental service within the hotel was also a great convenience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was very little for kids to do.
Apart from a small outdoor playground, there were few family-friendly activities. The island is very windy, and during our stay it was too cold to use the splash park. The pools were not heated either, so we couldn't enjoy them.

The food offered plenty of variety and was regularly replenished, but the quality and taste did not quite meet our expectations.

This resort is best suited for guests who plan to spend most of their time exploring the island, as there is limited entertainment within the resort itself.

Buena experiencia. Como venimos a Lanzarote un par de veces al año, probablemente repetiremos.
Pros:

El buffet del desayuno muy bien y el personal amable y correcto. Y estaba limpio.

Cons:

Treinta y cuatro escalones para llegar a la habitación y la distribución del baño, con todo aislado (lavabo, inodoro y ducha).

La chambre dédiée espace adultes est Très calme et très propre
Restaurant variés entre celui adultes et celui en terrasse le midi ! Le personnel est très agréable et gentil !
Très bon choix avec des changements quotidiens de plats !
Les piscines sont chauffées et agréables
L'espace chill est top ! Et très beau !

El servicio de desayuno, y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

Los horarios, sobre todo el de la piscina, ya que cuando volvíamos al hotel sobre las 18 horas ya no te podías bañar. Creo que está más enfocado a un turismo extranjero y no nacional.
