Pros:

El desayuno y la cena muy bien, el personal algunos muy bien, otros simplemente correctos, muy cerca de la playa, muy limpio.

Cons:

Personal algun@s les costaba interactuar y ser amables con naturalidad. No había calefacción ya que el hotel es antiguo y o todos frio o todos calefacción, pero nos dejaron un radiador. Al dejar la habitación y liquidar las bebidas me cargaron 3€ para UNICEF sin mi permiso ni consentimiento, lo que no me gustó, me ofrecieron devolvérmelo, después he que si, y me lo devolvieron, pero esto dio lugar a un mal clima en la despedida, que hubiera sido grata si no hubiesen actuado de esta forma.

Se pierde mucho tiempo en esperar a que te sienten. Debería ser todo más rápido ya que si vas en hora punta tienes que esperar un poco.

Zdecydowanie polecam !!!
Pros:

Hotel fantastyczny, nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Bardzo dobre posiłki , czysto , schludnie, miła obsługa, naprawdę bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Specjalne podziękowania dla Erika - dzięki niemu ten pobyt okazał się wyjątkowy :)

Pros:

Het animatie team deed zijn uiterste best .De bediening in het a la carte restaurant was uitstekend en de kok deed zijn best
om ons tevreden te stellen.De kamer was ruim met een groot goed bed ,spijtig was de kastruimte nogal beperkt zeker als je 21 dagen verblijft

Cons:

De ontvangst aan de receptie was pover . de tennisplein heeft niet de juiste afmetingen , ze is in de lengte veel te klein en het net is op de palen zodanig vastgemaakt dat ze veel te hoog is en niet kan verlagen .het aanschuiven aan de restaurants
en de showkooking kon wel beter , variatie van de soep is wenselijk.

Relaxing stay, would definitely return felt very safe there
Pros:

The property was very clean and in a good location close to the beach and some restaurants, the main strip was easy to walk to. The coffee machine was an added bonus. The adults pool was lovely and relaxing and very well maintained. The staff were mostly very helpful and kind particularly the house keeping staff. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Not being able to access my room at check in time, despite checking in and paying for it at 10.30am that morning, while other guests appeared to get their rooms immediately when they arrived at the hotel at 3pm. Some of the food served for dinner could have been better, but there was a good choice so it wasn’t much of a problem.
