Très bel hôtel et emplacement idéal pour 1 semaine à Lanzarote
Pros:

L’hôtel est très propre, chambres bien entretenues, bonne qualité aux restaurants. Les zones réservées aux adultes ou aux plus de 13 ans sont très agréables aussi. La proximité de la plage vraiment génial ! L’emplacement pour explorer Lanzarote est parfait !

Cons:

Les piscines auraient pu être un petit peu plus chaudes.

Comodidad y relax
Pros:

Muy buena atención del personal del restaurante debido a que soy celiaco y me adaptaron el desayuno y la comida a todo sin gluten. Un saludo en especial a Fabiola, Érica, Rodri, Éric, Silvia, Diego, José y a todo el equipo de camareros y cocineros que hicieron mi estancia más cómoda.

Cons:

Era una habitación de 3 y el sofá cama no es para nada còmodo para tener una estancia larga. No se abre, es tipo cuero y solo ponen una sabana

Not quite 4*, but definitely more than 3*.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the staff are fantastic, there are activities for all throughout the day.
Separate restaurant from families with small children.
Close to the beach, and bars for a change of scenery.
Breakfast was consistently good.

Cons:

The food was very salty with limited vegetarian options.
The toilet is not closed off in the bedroom.
The sofa bed (family of 3, 2x adults, 1x teen) was not in a separate room, despite being a family suite.
It rained during our stay and the floor was very slippy. My son fell down a flight of stairs - i raised this with the hotel management who did not accept it was a risk.
All inclusive cocktails are low alcohol and sugar-y.

Superó las espectativas
Pros:

Lo mejor de todo el personal y la comida.
Habitaciones SUPER limpias y TODO el personal de lo mas servicial.
Las instalaciones muy buenas, lo mejor la piscina de adultos (Paz y silencio absolutos).
El wifi iba perfecto en todas las inhalaciones.
La comida ESPECTACULAR, estábamos en TI y siempre había variación.
Sin duda la calidad/precio ha superado nuestras expectativas.
La ubicación era buena, siempre había aparcamiento para el coche y en muy pocos metros caminando accedías al paseo marítimo.
Sin duda, si vuelvo a Lanzarote repetiré.
