me hubiese gustado que las piscinas, o la zona de ocio para los niños, fueran en realidad piscinas de poca altura (5 -10 cm), y fueran mas splash.

Para ser un 4 estrellas me resultó decepcionante:
- El hotel tiene muy poca vida, por la noche apenas hay ambiente. Como máximo una actuación en vivo de dos personas cantando y poco más. No hay opción de pasarlo bien por la noche en el hotel, y aquí viene el segundo problema
- Está lejos de la parte “buena” de puerto del Carmen, hay que coger taxi para ir (unos 5 euros y llega en 5 minutos, te lo pide el propio hotel). Osea que si eres joven y/o quieres pasarlo bien por la noche, olvídate si no te vas a otra zona. Y ni siquiera por esas, por allí no hay nada de ocio típico español.
-Las piscinas cierran a las 18:00!!!

Ottima struttura in ottima posizione, ottimi i servizi offerti, piscina attività ecc. ed anche le attività serali e menzione particolare per il buffet sia della colazione che sera, tutto davvero ottimo, buono e con molta scelta di possibilità gastronomiche
Accoglienza e servizio del personale ottimo
The buffet breakfast and dinner is very good - there are a range of foods, including salads and fruits. The rooms are reasonably well set up for sandy returns from the beach, with simple interiors and a wipeable sofa in the room we were in. The property is very functional.
- There is a €15 per towel cash deposit required for each beach towel. The cash is returned with the towel (you can get a fresh towel swapped out each day), but non-EU guests end up with a large amount of foreign currency the day of departure, which is unhelpful. This feels like a very easy fix, but adding the deposit to the room bill.
- The pillowcases did not cover the very worn pillows, which hung out the end. There was no pocket on the pillowcase so I ended up taking the pillows off the bed entirely.
- It was cold in the rooms overnight and attempts to turn the air con unit up were unsuccessful. (Not sure if the single thin blanket on offer per room was cleaned between guests.)
- Some of the staff in the restaurant were overly officious.

Amazing experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly, attentive, and professional staff who made our family holiday truly enjoyable.
The hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere and high level of hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and exceptional service.
We had some issues with the AC in one of the rooms and Francesco customer experience manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Every time I spoke with him I felt he listened and genuinely tried to do all he could and honestly we travel all over the world and must say this guy is an asset to the hotel. Yes we will be back and all four of us felt that way.
