We loved the whole experience from checking in to checking out. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean. The pool areas and chill out area were very nice. A beautiful hotel in a lovely area

Amabilidad de los empleados, Buffet amplio y muy rico, habitaciones limpias

Cons:

Lo único que al tener media pensión te cobran todas las bebidas, no dan 1 de cortesía.

Las instalaciones estan bien cuidadas. Comida variada y de buena calidad, bebida aceptable en el todo incluido. Los Shows buenísimos.

Cons:

La piscina principal muy pequeña para la camtidad de huéspedes. Y el tema de las hamacas que ya a las 8 de las mañana estaban apartados.

Buena comida, instalaciones ppr mejorar.
Pros:

La comida en el buffet estuvo genial, estuvimos 4 noches y todos los días habían platos diferentes para la cena. Además estuvimos muy tranquilos y el personal fue agradable.

Cons:

Esperaba que las instalaciones fuesen de más calidad para la categoría del hotel. También me pareció que tanto el desayuno como el gimnasio empezaban muy tarde (8:00). Lo peor de todo fue el suelo de las piscinas. Mis dos hijos se resbalaron y cayeron muy fuerte nada más llegar y ya no se quisieron bañar en toda la estancia.
