Very clean hotel
Pros:

Apartment was huge spacious the 2 bedroom penthouse, only thing with small kids and buggys was 2 flights stairs and had to leave buggy’s downstairs. Great set up for kids, think the water pools should come back to splash pool area.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average, everything tasted old and not fresh, coffee was bad and no fresh eggs cooked, room is under hotel and we werent allowed sit outside which i think what makes a holiday is Breakfast outside.

Pros:

Great value for money, does exactly wat it says on the tin. Location is really good, close 2 the beach, bars and restaurants if u go out the gate behind main pool.
Luv the film being projected onto wall in the evening for the kids
Animation team were good

Cons:

The toilets at pool area cud do with refurbishment. All inclusive is very basic but ok. U will definitely be well fed and watered but there is no Wow factor.
Booked this as it had a football pitch for my son. U had 2 pay 10 euro an hour 2 use it

Pros:

entspannte Atmosphäre, großer Parkplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar (hinteren Durchgang nutzen, auch für den Weg zum Strand), große Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen.

Cons:

laaange Wege zu den "hinteren" Unterkünften vom Empfang aus, gilt auch für Leute mit Beeinträchtigungen, weil ein kurzer Weg nur über die steile Treppe führt, nur ein Koffertrolley für die Vielzahl von Zimmern/Appartements unzureichend, Küchenzeile ohne Ausstattung (Gläser, Teller, Besteck), Kids-Club oder Theater mit allabendlich (und auch tagsüber) lautstarkem Angebot, Lage der "hinteren" Zimmer/Appartements ist daher nur begrenzt erholsam, manche Zimmer/Appartements sind nur über eine schmale, enge Treppe erreichbar.

A brilliant family holiday.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, all really friendly and helpful.
The kids club was great, as were all the evening entertainments.
We went bed and breakfast and the food was very good.
The numerous pools were great, we didn’t find time for any of the activities but they looked like lots of fun.

Cons:

The mattress on one of our beds was very tired and could do with replacing.

La habitación muy grande y espaciosa

Cons:

La cama eran 2 juntas que se separaban constantemente. Cogimos todo incluido y la comida muy floja, poca variedad y nada elaborada, acabamos comiendo fuera.

Great stay would return
Pros:

Great location, lovely resort, staff excellent, cleaners do a great job with housekeeping & outside areas within hotel grounds.
We were in a junior suite with sun beds on balcony very spacious in Block 5 overlooking adult pool.
Stayed on a half board basis no complaints with breakfast or dinner, staff very attentive in the dining areas.

Cons:

People reserving sun beds at the adult pool & not actually being there.

Hotel ideale per una vacanza tranquilla non distante dal mare e dalla ciclabile per chi ama muoversi
Pros:

La colazione a buffet riesce a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti gli ospiti , la cena è un pò carente nella parte riguardante alternative alla carne ; nel complesso è di livello corrispondente alle aspettative .Posizione appartata non centrale ma silenziosa e lontano dagli odori fritti del centro .

Cons:

La possibilità di differenziare le famiglie senza figli da quelle con prole . Personale al front office professionale e disponibile .
