Te sentirás como en casa
Pros:

No puedo decir nada malo de este hotel, al contrario, es la tercera vez que fuimos y nos encontramos como en casa, sobre todo gracias al trato tan humano que tienen los profesionales que trabajan es ese hotel desde el personal de limpieza, camareros, cocineros, recepcionista, dirección, animadores, etc. Se esfuerzan para que tus vacaciones sean fabulosas, siempre tienen una sonrisa.

Overall good room and pool,food could have been better and lady at reception lacked civil manners.
Pros:

Loved the room and adult pool area.We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the hotel fir the short time we were there.Staff at reception were very pleasant in general when we checked in.

Cons:

Room and adult pool area was lovely,very clean and comfortable.Breakfast hot food was not of a good standard for such a nice hotel.Fruit selection very poor.Area us a bit far out from Peurto Del Carmen.On leaving back the keys and ordering a taxi the staff member said it will be here in a while and I asked how long and she rolled her eyes up to heaven and said she meant a few mins.She was a mature lady and we felt she was very rude and would turn us off going to the hotel again.

Pros:

5th return stay. Immaculately clean, nice area between puerto del Carmen and matagorda. Good food -as a veggie its always a bit difficult in Spain but never go hungry. Will be back for a 6th time god-willing!

El diseño del hotel, habitación y la animación

Cons:

Cobrar las bebidas en media pensión, también el trato de algunos maitres podría ser más cercano, algunas respuestas eran muy secas ante preguntas tan simples como donde se servía la bebida..

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel un peu isolé de la plage mais c est parfait car accessible en 10 m sa pieds et de ce fait au calme
Chambre spacieuse , confortable , bien équipée , grand balcon

Demi pension très correct avec beaucoup de choix

Les piscines sont propres et bien entretenues

Plusieurs bars avec des ambiances différentes
