zu ruhige Lage mitten im Wald zum glück wurde nicht geschoßen

da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war und mir kein Zugangscode zugeschickt wurde, musste ich mit der Dame am Telefon verhandeln. Sie fand erst erst gar nicht meine Buchung und teilte mir einen falschen Zugangscode mit, eine Bewohnerin teilte mir den Code mit, Eine Schulung aller Mitarbeiter würde allen gut tuen, Danach wollte ich bezahlen, da musste ich dreimal von vorne anfangen. Danach teilt ich der Dame am Telefon mit, dass ich nicht mit de Bezahlsystem nicht zurecht kam und eine Rechnung mit IBAN bekommen möchte um die Kosten zu bezahlen. dies geschah erst am 11-10-35 und da wurde ich genötig, bis zum 11-10-25 zu zahlen oder !!!!! der zugang zum Strand war an einer Stelle sonst war es eingezäunt

Echt tolle Lage !

Und der Empfangsbereich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren abgewohnt, unsauber gearbeitet (Tapeten) und es hat irgendwie noch eine kleine Lampe gefehlt…nur Lampen am Bett und 1 Deckenlampe. Gardinen müssten auch länger sein ;)

Ich hätte so ein kleines Schmuckstück nicht erwartet.
Pros:

Super Frühstück, zubereitet von einer sehr netten, zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterin.
Das Zimmer war zwar klein, hatte aber einen überraschenden Schnitt, war sehr sauber und ordentlich und war liebevoll hergerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar Bademantel und Strandhandtuch standen zur Verfügung. Was mich sehr gefreut hat.
In der Lobby gab es ganztags Kaffee, die Tageszeitung und Bücher. Toll ist es dort!!!

Cons:

An die Übungszeiten des benachbarten Schießstandes wurde sich am Samstag leider nicht gehalten. Zu früh begonnen und bis weit nach 12Uhr wurde geübt.

Pros:

Es ist ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr ruhiger Lage, wo wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt haben!
Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich!
Von der Lage konnten wir alles sehr schnell erreichen und die Ostsee war nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Das Zimmer und das Bett war sehr gut, aber ich würde von dem Frühstück für 20€ pro Person abraten!
