Location of room and pool.

I had a bed to sleep in
No parking. Had to put my car in islolated poorly lit unmarked location in deserted alley and had to walk late at night to the property. Staff insisted I could park on the street even though all the signs stated it was illegal. Only after omplaining did they give me the very suspect off street parking. I am not sure that it was even their space to give me
Quite and breakfast room was clean

AC was great room temperature nice and cool brand new TV, which was nice. Bed wasn’t overly hard which was nice also. Plenty of space to spread out.
Parking lot was full when we came back the last night we were there that was extremely annoying. Icemaker was broken.
toilet seat was too low, making it difficult for someone with bad knees to rise from it.

Room was spacious and the hotel was a great location with some parking available. AC worked well.
Bathroom had mildew and the room was damp the entire time. Our street side corner room had too much street noise. You could even hear the walk/wait from the crosswalk signs!
The pool was great! Location to the comedy festival was perfect. The gray hair woman was SO friendly and welcoming at check in and was very kind when we had questions.
The staff was not at the desk when I needed towels so I had to wait while the manager and staff smoked and talked outside.
Breakfast was like most other hotels, average.
Easy access to everywhere…
No parking spot was available all the time.
Employees were very friendly, polite. The breakfast was good. My grandchildren loved the pool. Especially because of salt water so they and I really enjoyed it.
At midnight a couple with 2 young kids were det up in an adjoining room to ours and the parents let they kids scream and bang o our door.
