Overall, a pleasant stay in the room but the hotel itself needs better management and communication
Pros:

Lovely modern rooms, very comfortable bed. Shower pressure was great. Beautiful view of the lake from the room. Sitting area outside was nice also.

Cons:

Very poor communication from staff and often empty front desk. The only staff member we dealt with was a teenage boy who seemed to be running the hotel on his own, and often on his phone. Breakfast was simple and some food seemed to be reheated in the microwave.

Wouldnt mind if this place advertised itself as basic and at a cheap price but no idea how its got its ratings.
Pros:

The view
The young man who checked us in was friendly

Cons:

Very disappointing. Its not terrible by Bolivian standards but definitely should not be advertised as a more high end hotel which we felt it was - very misleading.
-Location not great (but maybe our fault for not checking). Have to walk along muddy paths and quite dark at night to get to centre, approx 15min walk to anything.
-Breakfast was atrocious. Basically just jam and bread and some puffed cereal which my wife’s portion of had a staple in it which she bit in to!
-Very tatty and shabby with holes in the plastered walls and in the bed head. Tiles come off in bathroom.
-No hot water in shower on day 2, maybe because new guests arrived and got in there first? (We heard them showering early)
-Terribly constructed building, absolutely no sound proofing. We had upstairs neighbours and we could hear every word they said and them walking around sounded like an elephant with clogs on.
-Lots of glass windows (good to see the view) but blinds were useless and didnt block any light.
-Weak wifi

L’emplacement, le personnel la vue de la chambre sur le lac et bon petit déjeuner les lamas pour l’entretien de la pelouse

Lo único que se parece a la foto sonnlas vistas

Cons:

Esta alejadisimo y con un acceso pésimo, cuando llegas para que es un hotel abandonado y por la noche no me parece nada seguro. Las instalaciones estan muy deterioradas y abandonadas y las zonas comunes inservibles por falta de mantenimiento. Los comentarios e imagenes no hacen referencia a la realidad. Pudo ser ese hotel en un pasado, pero ya no es así.

Confortable.
Pros:

Lo acogedor del lugar.

Cons:

Las cobijas/frazadas son un poco pequeñas y hace demasiado frío para estas, el material hace que se resbalen. El desayuno, puntualmente el huevo, puede mejorar un poco.

Un lindo lugar para una estadía tranquila
Pros:

Está bien ubicado frente al lago, tiene agua caliente en la ducha y la cama estaba limpia, su personal es muy atento y cuidan y respetan a los animales que están en el hotel (las alpacas) o a los que pasan por agua o comida ( perros y gatos)

Cons:

Están adecuando las instalaciones por lo que los baños del lobby no están en servicio, la piscina tampoco y el aseo de las zonas comunes puede mejorar.

despues de la reserva enviaron un correo en el cual señala que si se trataba de nacionales, el tipo de cambio de dolar se basaba en el tipo de cambio del mercado paralelo, mismo que modifica el precio ofertado por la pagina, creando falta de seriedad. no se concreto el hospedaje por oferta engañosa.
